"The service at this restaurant can be inconsistent, but the smoothies never disappoint—they're always delicious. Even if they're out of certain fruits, they’re happy to substitute with one of your choosing. However, I recently had a frustrating experience on the morning of May 11 that caused me to drop my rating from 4 stars to 3. When I arrived, there was no one at the front to assist me, and despite calling out for help, no staff came. Just as I was about to leave, one staff member finally showed up, but without any apology. He seemed uninterested and simply left my order on the counter without a friendly goodbye."

"We waited an incredibly long time for our smoothies, and they ended up forgetting one of our orders. For two people, we spent $18, yet they made us feel as if they were doing us a favor. I ordered the Watermelon Warrior, specifically a summer special, but they were out of pineapple, which was the main fruit in the drink. Instead, I had to substitute with blueberries. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with overpriced items, an unreasonable 25-minute wait, and poor customer service to top it off. I recommend going to Vitality Bowls instead, which is just down the street! You won’t regret it— their food is all about real ingredients!"

"My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant about a month ago and had one of the worst dining experiences we've ever encountered. Earlier this year, we had ordered some smoothies, but they weren't made correctly, and a manager generously offered us vouchers as compensation. We appreciated the gesture since we would have been fine with just getting the smoothies remade. Fast forward to October when we returned to town to visit family (we live in Georgia). When we walked in to place our order, we were informed by the current manager that the vouchers given to us by the previous manager—who is no longer with the company—would not be honored because they no longer had an expiration date. As someone who has worked in fast food for over seven years and has experience in various customer service roles (including nursing), I understand the challenges of managing a restaurant and serving customers. However, I truly believe that the vouchers should have been accepted, especially considering we were out-of-town guests who approached the situation politely, hoping to maintain a positive relationship. If the restaurant owner happens to read this, I want to express my appreciation for the generally great staff members you've employed. However, we were very disappointed with how this manager handled our situation."

"I held our son's rehearsal dinner with IJ's as I have always enjoyed the food and service. The food and day of service were great, as expected. The communications with the event coordinator, Chastity were poor at beat. Charlie, who told me he was not trying to be an a$$hole, leans heavily toward that personality type! He does not listen.I burned $500 additional dollars as I called 6-days before our event with a guest change from 30 to 21 and Chastity said, we will take care of you. I had no contract and brought 21 ppl. If I was being taken care of, I incorrectly presumed I would be charged for 21 ppl, not 30. I knew what the terms were, but had no contract so thought we were fluid with guest numbers.I would have brought family who were sitting in Winchester hotel rooms to use the additional 9 slots for which we were charged, without these poor communications.If you use them, caveat emptor and get a contract!"

"Jamba Juice sells what I describe as juice smoothies, using actual assorted fruits. I would say it's a healthier alternative to slushes/slurpees. They're actually healthy to drink you have the option to add supplement, vitamin powder to your Jamba Juice for additional nutrition, at an additional cost, if you prefer.My favorite is a large mango a-go-go that has bits of actual mangoes in it (diced as it goes through the blender process). It costs just over $8, which seems slightly high to me. I can buy a SIMPLE McDonalds value meal for close to that price. Or go to Subway for a sub sandwich meal. $8 for a healthy smoothie? Personally, I would not choose a large smoothie for my lunch. A healthy, thirst quencher? Yes. But, I will let you make that call for yourself.This particular store is always clean immaculate. Parking is not a problem, but slightly more crowded during the lunch hours 11:00 am-1:00 pm."

"I'm grateful that I live far from this bakery, but my friend does not! We discovered this hidden gem while strolling for 30 minutes to grab pizza, but that's a different story. It has always been my wish to find a Mexican bakery, and this one is truly fantastic. Everything was still fresh even close to closing time. We tried a slice of coconut-topped Mexican cake, a cinnamon bun, a chocolate concha, and a pineapple-filled pastry, along with two mandarin Jarritos, all for about $9. Amazing! It definitely gave us a sugar rush, but what a delightful treat it was! The staff was also very friendly and answered all our questions, even as they were closing up. We'll definitely be back! Just a heads up – it's cash only."

"Out of all the different Jamba juice locations that I very frequently go to this one definitely needs some help... I ordered 2 drinks and after them making 5 drinks and still couldn't get but one of my orders actually correct I just decided to go aheadand leave with what they had made. After standing there for nearly 20 25 min with them handing me mistake after mistake inattempts to make one of the simplest and easiest drinks possible I figured I'd cut my losses and go about my day but it justshocks me when I had seriously told every single worker in there at least once how to make the drink and what was in it which isa kale orange power and only consists of fresh squeezed orange juice fresh banana and kale that's it... And yet I got amultitude of different drinks that tasted nothing like a kale orange power and ultimately just got wasted. It was the first timeI've ever gone into a Jamba juice and not a single employee knew or had heard of a kale orange power hopefully they can get someextra training and step it up"

"I want to share my experience this morning at Jamba Juice on New Montgomery. I had initially intended to visit the one on Kearny, but it was closed when it was supposed to open at 7 AM. This was my first visit to the New Montgomery location. I called ahead to place my order, but when I arrived, I found that one girl was trying to manage the entire store by herself. There were two customers in line, and the mobile order tablets were constantly buzzing. To make matters worse, a DoorDash driver barged in with loud music and propped open the doors for no apparent reason while she was preparing my order. It was evident that she was overwhelmed—no one should have to handle that much alone. I want to urge whoever handles scheduling to reconsider having just one person manage the opening shift; it’s simply unfair. All it takes is one issue for everything to fall apart. As a former store manager, I always ensured that my opening and closing shifts had at least two employees present. There should be a manager or lead on site during these times to alleviate stress. Unfortunately, my pretzel was burned and my oatmeal was crunchy, but I’m not blaming the staff member for that. She was doing her best—she remained calm, polite, and friendly, despite the chaos around her. I truly felt bad for her, as many people wouldn’t have managed the situation as well as she did. In fact, she deserves a raise for her efforts."

"I'm usually one to leave only good reviews and if it's a bad experience i usually let it go. I haven't been to Jamba Juice in years and I will probably never go again.. I had two customers come in after and place their orders after me 1. a mom and her daughter 2. A couple . After the first customer got their drink i didn't think much of it but after the second customer got theirs i thought that i may have missed it . I asked the person that helped me if i missed my order because two people that came after me received their drink before me and he was extremely rude mentioned that the woman had ordered orange juice and was before me. yes that was the only person that was before me but he didn't mentioned the customers i listed above . He got my drink that had been ready down the counter and put a cap on it and said have a nice day. No apology even mentioning hey I'm sorry we missed it... It was right here nothi I think it's funny because before even providing their service they have a tablet asking for a minimum of 20% tip 20,25,30% i wish they would ask for the tip after they give you your order. Never going again. Thanks"

"I usually enjoy visiting this restaurant because the staff is friendly and the service is great. However, during my recent visit, the experience was quite disappointing. When I walked in to place my order, the woman at the register seemed distracted, staring out the window while I waited for her to acknowledge me. After about 30 seconds, she finally looked at me, but instead of greeting me or taking my order, she just waited for me to speak. I placed my order, and once I received my açaí bowl and smoothie, I headed to my car. It was only when I got inside that I realized my açaí bowl had turned into a soupy mess. I considered going back to inform her that I needed a replacement since what I received was unacceptable, but I ultimately decided to head home instead. I’m not sure what was going on with her that morning, but the service I received was quite poor."
