Traveling to the West coast for family vacation and very happy to see that Jamba Juice is alive and well out west (stores were closing in Chicago where I was first introduced to Jamba). The SF spot we hit was as good as always. Unfortunately they didn'tmake the original Citrus Squeeze so I had to go Razmatazz and of course it didn't disappoint!

On a family trip to the West Coast, I was thrilled to find that Jamba Juice is still going strong out west, especially since the stores were closing back in Chicago where I first discovered it. I used to visit this location every morning, and the staff here are truly incredible. They greeted me by name, knew exactly what I wanted, and always went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect—though it was just a simple request for extra brown sugar in my oatmeal. If you're searching for a spot with delicious breakfast and outstanding customer service, this is definitely the place to be!

I ordered a gotcha matcha, while my friend opted for a razz ma tazz. I usually don't like to complain, but the matcha drink made by one of the young women there was really disappointing. On the other hand, my friend's drink, prepared by Keith, was absolutely fantastic. When he noticed I was unhappy with my drink, he kindly offered to make me a new one without me even having to ask. I chose what my friend had, and it was heavenly! It's customer service like this that keeps me coming back to a place. Plus, Keith really knows how to make an amazing juice! Thank you, Keith!

I want to share my experience this morning at Jamba Juice on New Montgomery. I had initially intended to visit the one on Kearny, but it was closed when it was supposed to open at 7 AM. This was my first visit to the New Montgomery location. I called ahead to place my order, but when I arrived, I found that one girl was trying to manage the entire store by herself. There were two customers in line, and the mobile order tablets were constantly buzzing. To make matters worse, a DoorDash driver barged in with loud music and propped open the doors for no apparent reason while she was preparing my order.
