"The service was impeccable. The food was extrodenary. The woman and I were very pleasantly surprised. We are not familiar with wine, but our waitress and the other staff there was very knowledgeable and could not have felt more comfortable with us not familiar with different flavors. The woman had the steak and I had the duck. Both were excellent. Little portions, yes, but we haven't been hungry. So just the right amount. I recommend and will recommend this place to everyone to try at least once and let the service, wine and food speak for themselves. They won't be disappointed."

"The food was of an excellent standard for all three courses served and the ambience within the Lobby was also excellent. The only negative was that the waiter seemed to be in a bit of a rush towards the end of the meal clearing two main course plates before the the third person in our party had finished eating. Also the tables were being laid for breakfast while diners were still eating. Not the way to do things in any restaurant but especially not in a hotel of such standing. Although this would not stop me returning I do think that the management team need to look at this as it gives the distinct impression that customers are in the way!!"

"I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. The quality of the food that goes into the meals is really top notch. In their defense, we went there right after the holiday weekend and maybe it was a little different. It won't stop us from coming back in the hope that it was an anomaly rather than the norm."

"The French dish was overloaded with pepper, and the sherry was noticeably absent. The creamed spinach was overly salty. However, the potato purée was quite good. The cowboy ribeye was a little too salty but was tender and flavorful. The service was excellent. You might hesitate to return, as we weren't entirely thrilled, even though we really enjoyed the atmosphere. We wish that the food had more fresh flavors rather than being so heavily seasoned."

"Husband I had dinner here on Sunday 9/3. Both pasta dishes were delicious, as was the freshly baked bread they brought to the table. Cocktails were great and our server, Joel did an excellent job too! He was super friendly and made our overall experience great!"

"I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Very friendly young lady. She sat us at our table and brought water. The room was candlelit and soft jazz music was playing. Every table had a small candle and a tiny vase with a flower. So romantic! Our server immediately came over to our table- We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and she brought over two glasses of Champagne. I am in Heaven- Food was perfect and they even offered a gluten -free, vegan option. We are very happy and will be back again soon!! Roma Cafe is perfect for that special, romantic night out to Dinner."

"Excellent food and very fast and friendly service. but way over priced. $17 brussels sprouts is too much. $140 we probably would have gotten drinks and dessert. Food hadn't been so expensive which means the restaurant probably would've made more and we would've left feeling like we got our moneys worth. Hats off to the chefs though because it was outstanding. Also my son says to alert kids that the quesadillas are made with corn tortillas not flour as he was super bummed. Also the place was empty at 7:45 but it could have been because of the Halloween festivities."

"Loved the food but the service we had was terrible. Our server apparently got sent home right after taking our food order. We never saw the new server. Food took an hour to come out (tables that sat down after us got served and one left before we ever got our food). The only service we had was the nice man who refilled everyone’s water. No one came out to make sure our food was okay or if we needed anything and we waited a solid 30 minutes just for the check . I asked the lady we had to go grab for our check what happened to our server and she informed me she was sent home. Thankfully we didn’t have our kids with us."
