"I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Very friendly young lady. She sat us at our table and brought water. The room was candlelit and soft jazz music was playing. Every table had a small candle and a tiny vase with a flower. So romantic! Our server immediately came over to our table- We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and she brought over two glasses of Champagne. I am in Heaven- Food was perfect and they even offered a gluten -free, vegan option. We are very happy and will be back again soon!! Roma Cafe is perfect for that special, romantic night out to Dinner."

We loved everything from our brussel sprouts app to our wine. Service was exceptional; eggplant delicious as was shortribs with tagliatelle. And the venue is charming. View menu

The restaurant is lovely. We had the rice ball app which was ok, but not special. My husband enjoyed his ragu dish, the eggplant was again ok but not special. My Manhattan was just not good. The lemon rind in the drink was overpowering.

Had a wonderful dinner with our server Matt meeting all of our needs. One of our attendee's is an eggplant aficionado and received the Miss Eggplant Sash !! Our folks had the Egg Plant, Chkn Parm, Pork Saltimbucca Ravioli. All were excellent !

it was our second time here and the Roma lived up to our happy memories. Food fabulous, wait staff attentive even though it was New Year 's Eve and as our waiter said we 're rocking and rolling. Wish we 'd had room for cannoli but I couldn 't even finish my pasta! We 'll surely be back again. View menu

the service, eating, hospitality and ambiente were wonderful in the roma and we are happy to go back soon. we arrived at 5:30 a.m. and it was very quiet, and when we left it, it was a fairly moderate noise level. when they go a quiet dinner for two early. we were happy enough to get back a parking lot. we recommend both roma!

we were so glad that this restaurant was opened after the move here. it must have been thirty years ago since our last visit. we dared to go without reservation and the staff was very courteous. the food was excellent, one of the best meal we had in portland since the movement here. service was wonderful. we'll be back soon. this time with a reservation, nothing to leave to fall.
