"Food I am so happy that I found another five-star restaurant. The food was top notch. We had oysters, pop over and fried calamari as starters. The oysters were so fresh that I did not want to stop eating them. The pop over was something we went back and forth if we should order. It looked like a muffin and we were afraid it might be too much. We asked the waiter for advice and he said it is very light. You know what? The top over is a must try. It is almost like a balloon and tastes amazing with some butter on it. The fried calamari didn’t disappoint as well. For main course, we ordered lobster spaghetti and fried chicken. Both of them were very flavourful and the portion was generous. At that point, we were too full to order any desserts. Everything else The service was fabulous. Our waiter was friendly and gave us good advice on the menu. During the dinner, I knocked down my cocktail, and they quickly came over to clean it and gave me a new one. I will definitely go back."

"I ordered from an outdated menu for pickup. The owner kindly informed me that the menu I was looking at wasn’t up to date, but he offered to prepare what he could from it. When I arrived to pick up my order, he came to the front personally to apologize for the confusion. The level of customer service was exceptional, and I will definitely be coming back!"

"The service, food and attention to detail is wonderful. We were disappointed there were not more vegetarian options. We were considering cancelling our reservation, because there wasn’t much to choose from (vegan and gluten free). We stopped by earlier in the day to see if some other dishes could be prepared. It was also restaurant week. The person we spoke to talked to the chef and we were assured they would make something special for us. The evening of our reservation, we mentioned this to our server. He said they would do extra vegetables. However, we were only offered the standard fare, no extra vegetables, etc. To be fair, maybe that is all the chef had to work with. Luckily, my wife and I still occasionally eat seafood, so she had the Chilean bass.I had the gnocchi (she could not because of the gluten). We hope more plant friendly options will be added in the future."

"When you walk in and see the worn flooring and small tables, all six of them, you consider turning around. DONT. despite the near absence of “ambiance “ the place is a gem. Excellent food that is a not typical fare. I’m a picky eater and I found a bunch of things to try. The East Carolina Bar B Q was the best I’ve had outside North Carolina. The chili was killer and the Lamb Barbacoa was really good. And save room for dessert. First time in a decade where everyone at our table, and it seemed every other table, finished their own dessert. The service was pleasant and genuine Give them a try"

"Aqueous has a lot going for it it 's a very lovely restaurant and we had a very comfortable booth (corner booth, complete with extra cushions . The servers were helpful and accommodating. Overall, it was a nice night, but a few drawbacks: The beef tartare was terrible. It 's not very raw/wet. Not at all what we were expecting. And covered in olives that stained everything, including our fingertips. There was a very large party in the dining room that was very loud and ruined the atmosphere. I understand it 's probably hard for the restaurant to control other tables ' volume levels, but it put a damper on the evening. The sommelier was not very helpful after he discovered we were only interested in wine by the glass. (This was compared with the sommelier at Rockwells, also on Nemacolin 's grounds who was amazing and very helpful."

"My colleagues and I had reservations at 12 noon and was seated promptly. Since Burmese restaurant are rear in the area, we were really looking forward to this experience. While we weren't in a hurry, the restaurant was. Drinks were ordered and they pushed to have a food order at the same time. We choose to wait to order the food until the drinks were brought to us. We ordered the Burmese style beef and goat stew as well as the Moh Hin Ga (Fish Noodle Soup). While the sauces of the meat stews were nice, it wasn't spectacular! The stew meats were definitely not tender. If you enjoy tough meat, then these dishes are for you. Additionally, the Moh Hin Ga was lacking in flavor and in my colleagues words: "would not order it again". Also, soft drinks and iced tea and refilled complimentary. Given the rush and the below average experience, will not be going back. Given there their great Yelp ratings, there seems to be a lot of patrons that like it. Maybe we just attended them on a bad day or the normal Chef was not present that day..."

"Overall it was a very good dining experience here. I had eaten at another First Watch, but it was my first time here. One thing is certain, they have consistently very good customer service. From the moment you enter and until you leave thisestablishment, all the wait staff are courteous and cheerful. They give out very good vibes. The food was good. I wished someonion pieces were cut smaller since they were very hard to cut with a table knife. I opted for fresh greens for my sidethinking I'd eat healthier, but I will stick to hash from now on. It was just too plain. One another person also mentioned it(both onion pieces and plain fresh green--in fact it initially came out undressed, and she had to ask for some dressing). It'sa good option for breakfast, brunch and lunch. The atmosphere here is very pleasant."

"It was my husbands birthday recently and he wanted to try Melzingah Tap House. So glad we did. The staff, hostess Laura, waiter Jacob, and support staff were awesome. The pretzel bites and hummus trio well worth getting. Some of our group loved the beer choices, others had specialty cocktails, which was quite a difference from some taphouses. Our entrees were very good as were the desserts. We recommend this restaurant. Not fancy, delicious and fun!!"
