"we enjoyed eating and our server was nice. they seem to have a good choice of beer, but the mixed drinks on the bar are sub par or perhaps need to train their bartenders. we had similar problems in another bj 's in alliance continuing worth as we were in southlake. they don't make good margaritas. they tasted like water with a twist of lime and 1/4 shot alcohol. I actually told him politely that I did not believe that they were ready to make the drink and it tasted (usually water.) when I mentioned that it was a little watery, it was rebuilt with a huge amount of light green, chemical tar mixture. I drank it, but it wasn't a great hull. we wanted to order mojitos. they were from mint. it takes 20 30 minutes to get a cocktail from the servers on both places. I have only 1 2 cocktails per week in the round when I come out and this is part of my culinary experience. bj 's has never delivered in cocktail. good pizza but."

"my friend and I have fallen a few months ago at this place for lunch. we sat in one standing and it was very spacious. we ordered the root bear glazed ribs, large white pizza and the Mediterranean chicken-pita tacos. the root beer glazed ribs were babyback pork ribs with a root beer glazing. it came with a side of sriracha cole Slav. it was very delicious. the large white pizza came with grilled chicken, mushrooms, garlic, parmesan cheese and tomato in a Alfredo sauce. the pizza came a little cold, but it was still delicious. the Mediterranean chicken-pita-tacos came in two. the grilled pita came with grilled chicken, tomato, gurken, red tweepers, feta cheese and Greek yogurt. it also came with a side of quinoa. the sandwich tasted good, but I wish it was served hot or even warm. Overall, eating was very good, but I wish some of the items were not served cold."

"BJ came to me and gave a courtesy card to give the restaurant another... they did not disappoint that my teens loved their dinner! Everything was fresh and hot... the free cookie for registration online for rewards was soooo good and the vanilla ice cream thank you so much as the restaurant is great for family, appointments and or a quick lunch. Not happy to leave this review at all! But because I paid for this service, it was necessary. Unfortunately, my first experience was not good, my food came on a dirty plate, the table was dirty. I had to put the cloth napkins on the table. The Devan server was great, but the staff in the kitchen had to be short. My son ate his food because he was literally faded, but his dish was also a little dirty. The manager asked if I wanted something else or some help, she was very apologetic, but my stomach was already spoiled."

"First my Open Table reservation was cancelled 2 hours before our lunch. I remade the reservation and when I asked them about it in the store they said sometimes our computer just cancels reservations . What??? That 's crazy. The Jambalaya was terrible. No flavor. There was 6 of us and they sat us at a table with 6 place settings but in reality it would sit 4 comfortably. It wasn 't crowded so there was no reason to sit us at such a small table. About 10 minutes into the meal, we told them about our problem with lack of room and they said they would address it. This took forever. In the meantime, we were spilling water, making a mess and moving everything around every time a drink or plate arrived. Finally we cleaned a nearby table ourselves and pulled it over so we could have more room. I will not return. Also our waitress thought she was cute with her snide comments which were actually bordering on rude."

"It is one of the best services I have received at a restaurant in a while. I have to give a shout-out to Jay. He had the best personality, very upbeat and stopping at all his tables making sure everything was good. We came in last week on a busy Saturday. Jay just came onto his shift by the bar area. He was totally cool and immediately took our order. I asked him to bring the food out in course to give us a chance to enjoy it. He totally understood and did exactly what was asked. He made several exceptional recommendations. One of my favorites was the raw tuna tacos. Absolutely knocked it out! You get plenty of the price. Each course came out nice and hot with zero compliments. The restaurant was completely packed and still almost no wait time. The bar area has a fully stocked bar with 1 jumbo TV in the middle that can be seen from the back of the restaurant and 2 smaller side ones. They have weekly specials for each day of the week. So no matter which day you go in, ask about the special. The restaurant also has a big outdoor patio seating area with heaters as well. Also, the outdoor has 2 giant TVs. I asked to speak with the manager to make sure he knows what an exceptional employee BJ's had working for them."

"Came here for a Sunday lunch. The staff was very accommodating. We wanted a table outside however there was no waiter available for that area. To compromise they let us order take out and told us we we were able to sit outside but we did have to clean upourselves, which honestly we didn't mind. It was a beautiful day and worth it. We had a few drinks at the bar and a small ceasarto much on while we waited. I ordered the California Chicken Club Sandwich and my Bf got the Loaded Nachos with Chicken TriTip for an additional price. The food was really good. The loaded nachos is huge you can feed 2 with this thing, great as anappetizer or an entree honestly it's alot. The Club had this delicious garlic aioli that paired really well with the sandwich. Iwould come here again for sure the menu had plenty of options."

"The restaurant was very nice but extremely loud. The appetizers we chose were the avocado eggrolls and the couscous mac and cheese balls. The eggrolls were good but way spicier than described. The mac and cheese balls were falling apart and came out cold. I had the tri tip and chicken with broccoli and asparagus. The tri tip was delicious! So was the chicken! The asparagus was absolutely disgusting. It was over cooked by ALOT! it was super skinny and straw like in texture. The broccoli was under cooked and had no flavor so i put a bit of BBQ sauce so it had some flavor. As far as the service goes we had Ronnie and he was GREAT! He took away my gross asparagus and brought me more broccoli. He also made some suggestions for dessert. We had the salted caramel pazookie.... It was DELICIOUS!!! It is unlikely that we will return for dinner but maybe for the pazookie again!"

"Where do I start???? Bjs Brewhouse hands down is a spot to go too either on a family dinner, business or a date night.the environment first off was beautiful. Let’s get to their food and service! Food was off the charts! The Tri tip sliders were juicy and had just the right amount of seasoning, fries were fresh and well seasoned as well. The burger was a loaded burger (as seen in pic) and very delicious. The Tri tip steak and baby back ribs were crazy! Very tasteful and juicy . Overall: Food : 9/10 Service : 8/10 Environment: 9/10 Will be back!"

"Big fans of BJ's but this was just too many little mistakes that add up to this poor review. All instructions were on my receipt and they didn't follow any of them or even check the bag to ensure nothing was missed. Tomatoes on the mini pizza, requested none. No extra garlic knot, which I paid for. No coleslaw with the sandwich. No extra sauce for the ribs which was too bad since the meat was dry. No Oreo cream with the pizookie. Obviously nothing awful but enough missing items on such a small order seemed nothing but a lack of care and attention to the product leaving the kitchen. My family has been sick so to be respectful we are staying home otherwise we would've just gone in. Our first time using the delivery from this location. I gave a proper 20% tip and our bill with tip came out to over $100 for 3 people. I had too much confidence considering the Montebello location is always a great experience. Guess we will have to take the drive up there from now on even though this is our neighborhood location."

"I think I have learned that, for the duration, I will start limiting myself to curbside pickup vice dining in. Restaurants seem to be concentrating on making that service good to very good while table service is spotty. This visit also featured an HVAC system set to cool on an evening when it was in the outside. They did correct this, but being seated near a patio door that was frequently opened didn't help.The food was good, but no better than any other chain of this genre. I think I have finally learned to stick to burgers and sandwiches at BJ's. Their pizzas have been okay in the past, but if you want pizza, go to a pizza restaurant. Almost all other entrees I have tried have turned out to be lackluster.Given that many of my friends are fans, I will probably still go to BJ's, if only because it is on my side of a horribly congested intersection"

"A new town, food choices....hummm? Was at the REI restocking camping supplies so we decided to just toodle across the parking lot to this restaurant. They brew beers and some sodas as well. The black cherry soda is tasty, a little sweet, but enjoyablejust the same. The Mediterranean Chicken Bowl off the 10$ menu was an excellent choice. Commendable flavor combinations from thered wine vinegar and the fresh cucumber. I forgot to say no tomatoes so I 'm sure that would have brought another pop offreshness to the dish. I couldn 't decide on either the brownie or salted caramel Pizookie. They are both crunchy on the outside,gooey centers, really good vanilla bean ice cream. In the end, I liked the salted caramel best. My son chowed to completeness onthe bacon cheeseburger without complaint."

"This rating is not for their food or drinks. This is directed towards the person in charge at the time of my visit. It was quick visit for my party of 3 during happy hour at the bar area. Our waitress was very nice and attentive but she did make amistake on a couple of our drinks with pricing. It should have been happy hour pricing and not the regular price. We broughtit to the attention of our server and she apologized and told us that she would fix it. When she came back, she told us thatshe was unable to change the receipt and that she would instead comp us the drinks for the mistake that was made. We justwanted to pay happy hour prices and were not looking to be comped . After talking to our server about the situation for a bit,we found out that our drinks would be coming out of our servers pay because she made the mistake. After more questioning ourserver furthur, we were told that the GM in charge would not make the changes to our bill and that she had to cover it. Is thateven legal? Anyways, a big Boooo to the GM in charge that expect his employees to be perfect or else they will pay. Food anddrinks and along with their service were fine! The man in charge that doesn 't want to bother with fixing my bill to reflectwhat I should be paying and possibly violating some labor laws, zero stars! I paid the bill as was along with tip and sadlywill take my money elsewhere as long as the staff is being treated with theft of their wages."
