"I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Jack-in-the-Box. My friend Zippy and I stopped in for a quick snack. I ordered four tacos and a water, but it took an eternity to get the water. When the tacos finally arrived, they were cold and lacked cheese. I went back to the counter to request fresh ones, and the employee at the fryer started arguing with me in Spanish about the tacos not including cheese. I responded in Spanish, suggesting he should revisit orientation and familiarize himself with the menu. It was clear he needed customer service training, as his demeanor was completely unacceptable. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn't want to watch him prepare my new tacos for fear he might do something negative to them. He later approached me looking visibly angry and seemed ready to escalate the situation. Eventually, I did receive a fresh order and was able to eat, but the entire experience was just awful."
