"ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO STOP . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE TIME . I GOT IN THE DRIVE THRU AT 10:15 PM DIDNT GET TO ORDER UNTIL 11:13I WAS THE 4TH CAR IN LINE AT THE INTERCOME TO ORDER . THESE PEOPLE TOOK ONE CAR AT A TIME , TOOK THIER ORDER , PREPARED IT AND SERVED THEM BEFORE THEY TOOK ANYONE ELSES ORDER . THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY SODA . NONE , YET THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE COMBO MEAL REGARDLESS WHEN YOU ORDER A MEAL . THEY SAID THEY COULDNT GIVE ME A RECIEPT DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES BUT THEY SURE TOOK MY MONEY . I WENT INSIDE TO ASK ABOUT MY RECIEPT . I NOTICED ONE HAMBURGER ON THE GRILL AND THERE WAS ABOUT 10 CARS IN LINE BACK THERE WAITING TO ORDER , I JUST STARTED LAUGHING . WHEN I GOT HOME THE SOURDOUGH JACK SANDWICHES HAD NOT BEEN GRILLED PROPERLY , THE BREAD WAS WHITE NOT TOASTED . THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION WHERE I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT . EVERYONE READING THIS REMEMBER HARDEES IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR ...AND AT THE NEXT EXIT GOING WEST THERE IS A MCDONALDS ,BURGER KING AND WHITE CASTLE . YOU WILL THANK ME LATER ."

The Jack in the Box on Lilac Ave in Bellefontaine, MO, is my favorite location. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and I’ve never had a mistake with my order during my visits! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Place says open 24 hours on Google. At 11 pm. I called 2 times no pick up. I figured they were working. I drove 20 mins to get late night tacos and a shake. And they were closed. All I'm saying is update ur information on Google please. I wasted time, gas, and hope.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. A staff member was taking pictures of customers' debit cards and then using that information to make unauthorized purchases until the accounts were drained. I was completely appalled. I did report the incident to the police, but unfortunately, Jack in the Box never refunded my money. If you plan on using a card there, I urge you to handle the transaction in person to avoid this situation. I wasn’t the only victim; this was caught on security cameras. This restaurant truly stands out, especially given the challenging times we are facing. They deserve more recognition than they currently receive. In fact, no other fast food restaurant in the area seems to be performing as well anymore. The corporate office owes a big thank you to this team for their hard work and resilience. After comparing my experiences here with other places (like Granite City on Madison Ave), it’s clear that they provide exceptional service and support for the corporation. Customers are generally quite dissatisfied with fast food lately, but this establishment has maintained much higher standards than nearly anywhere else. They have certainly earned their reputation.

The best I can give this particular JIB is 2 stars. Was leaning on 1. I walked in and the floor was slick as ice from using a greasy kitchen mop. I was the only one inside and it took them over 5 minutes to come to the counter to wait on me. Once somebody showed up they were not knowledgeable about their own menus and specials. I saw reviews about best tacos in town, well I have to disagree with that. they were small with no content and greasy as hell. I've been to one other Jack In The Box and it was superior to this one.
