"Overall, I 'm very happy with Max 's Pizza and have been doing so for 30 years. The food is good, the prices are fair. However, there is one particular issue I have with the restaurant and that is when ordering mozzarella sticks, they serve them with coldmarinara sauce. I 've never experienced this anywhere else. I 've made numerous requests, even asking the waitress to go back tothe kitchen and confirm and they always come back with the owner refusing to heat the marinara sauce. Any restaurant owner runsa risk when they tell the customer no it can 't be done. As I mentioned, I 'm still going to Max 's and am overall happy goingthere but when mozzarella sticks are on my menu for the evening, I now choose a different restaurant. The decision by theowner, not to honor a customer 's request has hurt the financially. I realize I 'm only one customer, but all customers areimportant."
