Live in this area been here a lot and usually they put a lot of cream cheese. Got my bagel and it literally had no cream cheese at all... I don't know who is putting cream cheese on these bagels but do better!! Like look at these pictures. Literally one swipe of cream cheese r u kidding me

Absolutely one of the best bagel shops in Queens, super friendly, and attentive staff. Fresh hand made bagels, simple and creative menu with a wide selection of cream cheese spreads and sandwiches/hot foods cooked to order. They also have an assortment of deserts, baked goods, fruit and juices. Good deal on a dozen bagels as well plus two free (14) for 15$ View menu

I visited this restaurant around 10 AM on a weekday, so it wasn’t very crowded. The woman working at the register was not particularly warm and came off a bit aloof, but that’s a minor issue. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. Unfortunately, the eggs were dry and overcooked. The bagel was just okay—too doughy and a bit too sweet for my taste, which didn't pair well with the BEC. I think it might have tasted better with cream cheese instead.

This review is so low because of the woman working the register. (Blonde, overweight, and tall one) I greeted her her response was to roll her eyes and ask me what I want! I was so taken aback it took me a minute to realize. I’m also a food store register worker I’ve never treated a customer this way even on my worse days. Idc how good the food is— if you’re the first thing people see when they come to order and you have an attitude problem, forget it. I was about to walk out the store but had to buy food for my mother. Do better!

I went out of my way to get bagels for my family,had already called it in prior to going.When I arrived,I sent my daughter in to just pick it up ,I did notice everyone who went in after my daughter was coming out with their order.I went in to see what was going on.My daughter told me she did tell the taller lady but she ignored my daughter.When I spoke to another lady,she asked me my order and it was not ready.So now I was upset because they ignored my daughter and I wasted my time calling it in.When I spoke to the manager,he was worse than all of them.Now,I am waiting to speak to the owner.No one should get treated this way.
