"We waited 52 minutes for the chef to come to our table and start cooking the main course, and unfortunately, he wasn’t very friendly and seemed indifferent to our presence. The cooking surface was extremely hot from being on for so long, which resulted in our food being burnt. The fried rice was crunchy, and a lot of the noodles and vegetables were charred. On the positive side, the shrimp was cooked just right. It feels like the chefs and table service could benefit from some training. Our drinks were only refilled once, and we were left feeling thirsty the entire time. This used to be our favorite restaurant, but it has certainly lost its charm."

"Overall great experience, no wait whatsoever. Food was hot and the chef even did a new trick that we haven't seen before (not our first hibachi experience) so that was excellent to experience. Even got free ice cream after our meal. Great food, great service."

"I would rate the bar service 1 star due to my experience with the bartender who was working around 9:30 PM on November 18th. She had blonde hair and looked quite young. When I approached the bar, she looked right at me but then turned to the woman with brown hair and asked if she needed anything, even though I was waiting for service. The brown-haired lady had to prompt her to serve me. Later, when my friend came up to the bar, the same bartender walked past her, and again it took the brown-haired lady to suggest that my friend might want a drink. The ambiance of the place is great, and this was the first time I’ve encountered such poor service, as they usually excel in customer service."

"Our experience at this restaurant was awful. Not only were we disrespected by the chef, who made a derogatory comment to one of our group members in front of a family with children, but he also refused to serve him the same food we had all ordered. We were appalled by what we witnessed and even after speaking with the management, it was clear they were not concerned. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and this restaurant does not deserve our patronage. They should reconsider the people they hire if they want to succeed in the competitive restaurant industry."

"Fantastic for Hibachi! Let's be real, I come to a place like this for the entertainment. Serve me delicious food and keep me entertained, and you've succeeded. This restaurant delivered! The steak and chicken with fried rice were delicious, and our chef really knew how to handle his knives. To top it off, another chef from a nearby table even threw a shrimp over a distance of more than 15 feet for me to catch in my mouth (which I successfully did!). The complimentary vanilla ice cream that came with the hibachi experience was a delightful surprise. Overall, this is an excellent spot for hibachi in New Orleans."

"This was a great dinner spot on the Friday night my wife and I arrived in Fairfax for the first time. It had all the qualities we were looking for, a great dinner menu, indoors seating, full bar, and a location right in the downtown area. The service was outstanding, with Tyrone taking care to make sure we were happy and well fed, and he was very informative and knowlegeable of the menu and the specials. The food was top notch, the salmon special was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful, the Crab Cakes were exquisite, and the meatballs were tender and delicious. The Beet Salad could have used some more beets and less greenery, but it was also a great dish. Would definitely come back again next time we are in the area!"
