"Food quality Service Ambiance Value Menu selection Location/Accessibility Overall experience Today at work, I experienced a miracle. For once, my persistent requests to my colleagues SP, CA, and RO to join me for sandwiches at lunchtime were met with enthusiasm. The excitement was palpable as all three of them exclaimed in unison, It 's subbing time! I couldn 't believe it, especially considering CA 's usual disdain for anything remotely plebeian. Perhaps he had a secret passion for the commoner 's cuisine? I wasn 't quite sure, but I was happy to have them join me nonetheless. Using the Subway app, I carefully placed two orders for four sandwiches, making sure to customize each one to my colleagues ' specifications. I even managed to snag a promotion code to save us some money, although I secretly wondered if I should have asked CA to procure the whole restaurant. Now, onto the sandwiches themselves, SP 's footlong Rotisserie Style Chicken sandwich with toasted Italian Herbs Cheese bread, pepper jack, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, and sweet onion teriyaki sauce was a symphony of flavors. As SP took her first bite, her expression revealed the sandwich 's deliciousness the chicken was juicy and seasoned to perfection, the vegetables were fresh and provided the ideal balance of crunch and texture, and the teriyaki sauce added a mouthwatering umami flavor to the mix. The toasted bread added a crispy element that elevated the sandwich 's overall texture. Each ingredient played its part, like members of a band, to create a symphony of flavors that perfectly harmonized. However, she did note that the sauce had drenched the whole sandwich, even though she had requested less sauce than usual. SP gave her sandwich a rating of 4/5 stars, indicating her high standards and attention to detail. CA had opted for a footlong Steak Cheese sandwich with toasted multigrain bread, Monterey cheddar, spinach, green peppers, red onions, lettuce, cucumbers, banana peppers, jalapenos, black pepper, and mayonnaise. As he took a bite, his eyes lit up with joy. He was pleased to find that the tenderness of the steak and the melted cheese took him back to the days of indulging in the high end steak dishes at some of the world 's most luxurious 5 star restaurants. As a sandwich connoisseur, CA was well aware of the Golden Ratio, which dictates that the perfect sandwich should have 60% vegetables and 40% meat; his sandwich perfectly demonstrated this concept. However, CA did have one minor complaint, his bread wasn 't toasted as he had instructed in his order, which ultimately shattered the Golden Ratio. He rated his sandwich a flawed 4.5/5 stars, an imperfection. Lastly, RO had ordered a footlong #1 The Philly with toasted artisan Italian bread, provolone, green peppers, lettuce, and mayonnaise. While her sandwich may have been simple in comparison to the others, it was executed to perfection. From the first bite to the last, RO savored the combination of flavors and textures, which was much like revisiting an old movie. The soft Philly steak was cooked to perfection and sat atop the foundation of the toasted Italian bread, while the rich provolone and crisp veggies added a touch of contrast that complemented the overall flavor profile. It was clear that this was no ordinary sandwich for RO; it reminded her of her ideal sandwich that she used to order all the time. The simplicity of the sandwich allowed her to fully appreciate each flavor and texture, and she couldn 't get enough of it. With each bite, the sandwich seemed to become more and more addicting, much like a great K drama that keeps you coming back for more. In the end, RO gave her sandwich a perfect rating of 5/5 stars. As for my own sandwich, it was nothing compared to the culinary creations of my three colleagues. Their sandwich customization skills put mine to shame, and I realized that I still had much to learn in the art of ordering a sandwich."

"I would not recommend this Subway restaurant to anyone . The most reason I go to Subway restaurant is the veggies in your sandwich , my favorite Subway restaurant is in the Bronx at 3422 Jerome ave , excellent service and never make you cheap on the veggies sandwich , well the story here is not that satisfieng , footlong sandwich meatball marinara is 4.99 5.43 with the taxes everything is good until the moment the put veggies part on your sandwich , first missing spinach , ok no big deal , then I want lettuce , the guy put super thin layer , is like this lettuce is so expensive to him , green pepper 4 5 this pieces and 3 slices of cucumber! In comparison to my main restaurant at Jerome ave , this sandwich will be fulfilled with lettuce , cucumber from end to end and at least 10 pieces of green pepper , but this is not this the saddest part of this review , is the attitude when I addressed and said that the most places I go , they at least double the amount of veggies on the sandwich , the answer of the guy behind the counter was It is 5 dollars sandwich , what do you expect? I mean , like how much is 2 more slices of cucumber cost to make the customer happy ? Or lettuce? Very rude and disrespectful attitude from the employee or he is the owner , I don 't know , he basically pointed that meatball marinara is a cheap sandwich , and once you buy this cheap , the veggies on it are only few , if you want more need to buy more expensive sandwich . This is such disgraceful attitude from Subway employee , he is showing me that he doesn 't care if he has a happy customers or even no customers , there is no difference for him , he also said the everywhere you go , the meatball marinara sandwich is not 4.99 , but cost a lot more , it 's like doing me a favor to charge me this price? , which simply is not true . Anyway I left the store very unhappy , not because of the sandwich missing little bit more veggies , but the ignorant and disrespectful attitude of the this parti"

"Dishonest Company and Workers; Worse Customer Service Because of them I would never buy subways again. So last month I used the app to see what the sub of the day was. I was planing to order a Tuna sandwich but I changed my mind. I close the app and for some reason couple minutes later I got a message saying my order was place. I knew that they don 't make the sandwich right away because the last time I went to pick it up the guy made it while i was there. Whats the purpose of a pick up with a specific time I don 't know. I immediately called subway customer service. They said its nothing they can do because they are independently own so they called the store. Whoever the subway customer service spoke to said they can 't cancel the order because the manager isn 't there. So subway customer service told me they would put in a request and the owner of the subway would call me in 2 days. Two days came no call. Then I call back customer service and they said its nothing they can do. If they subway don 't want to give me back my money they can 't force them. I went to the subway personally and it was a runaround. I went there three different times and the MANAGER wasn 't there or just left. The first time I went the guy who is the manager brother said his not here come back. I went back the second time he said I have to call subway customer service so he can speak to them and something else I can 't remember. The third and finally time I went the manager wasn 't there or his brother. Basically they robbed me out of $5 something until i said forget it. Funny how the company or the subway store wasn 't able to help."
