"It just seems they can never get a to go order right and they literally hate to even take to go orders. About a week ago, I tried calling in a to go order around 11:30am. The lady on the phone told me she didn't have time to take to go orders, would I please download the app....click and hung up. Definitely not customer service. Food is ok if they could get the order right, but to me, customer service is everything."

The manager was rude to me, and the sandwhich maker was a sweetheart. He did his job right and the manager complained. I had to tell him to stop putting down the kid.

Ordered $30 worth of sandwiches and only had a $100 bill to pay with, was redirected to try other stores before paying as they could not break my bill... however, a week prior I had payed with a $100 bill. Not cool. View menu

we ordered collection several times from this place. more often than not, they got the order wrong. the last time was the last one. I got my sandwich with the wrong brot, cheese, and it was roasted and I didn't want to be it. I seriously ask her ability to read.

The food was great as always however the older lady that is apparently the manager here was very unprofessional and basically yelled at her employees for the cheese I got on my sandwich that is apparently extra but not posted on menus or the glass case!! I was fine for paying for it!! She is a very unhappy lady!
