"The restaurant has a very clean interior. The gentleman who prepared two sandwiches for me took his time, working diligently and not hurrying like you often see in other sub shops. He even let another customer know, "I'll be with you shortly; I'm working alone," which I appreciated. His professionalism, coupled with the cleanliness of the preparation area and his friendly attitude, really impressed me. The sandwiches were also fantastic! The bread was soft and fresh, and the meat and toppings were equally fresh. I highly recommend this place!"

"Thank you so much for an amazing experience! I went in for a sub and was greeted by the kindest person named Brenda who assisted me. The food was excellent as well. I had some random questions, and Brenda was more than happy to help me out. There was also a lovely girl who was off duty, and she offered some helpful information, even though she didn't have to. I left feeling great and truly appreciate the positive interaction I had here. I highly recommend this restaurant for both its delicious food and the incredibly nice staff! Thank you!"

"I had lunch on January 28, 2022, around 1:30 PM. As always, the food was great. The staff included what seemed to be the owner's son, and although this is a franchise, he didn't seem to listen at all. It felt like he was more interested in making his favorite sandwich, piling on toppings even after we requested none. Thankfully, the lady working with him stepped in. She was very polite, quick, and handled everything efficiently. I lowered my rating because of the kid; otherwise, it could have easily been a five-star experience."

"In a week they forgot to put my Bratbeef in my wife's sandwich. Spoke to the manager, she would correct it. Today, 5 days later, during the lunch break, a foot of long roast beef went to work and opened my sandwich it had only 2 slices. Went back talked to the manager that she annoyed my sandwich and not even accused me of not being there for a free sandwich, just wanted to make my sandwich right. Honestly, no more expensive subway and Crapoy service could also try to compete."

"The kid making my sandwich was so stoned he could barely hold his eyes open or respond, I paid for two combos but didn?t get the cookies for one of them. "STAFF: 5 stars for employee friendliness. Even if they seem tired, they are stunned. I appreciate that. SERVICE PRODUCTS: Never a wrong order. Never a problem when I ask for light or heavy vegetables/fruit. She was even nice enough to ask if that was good. I never used the phone service. I know they were closed yesterday because of a technical problem, but at least with Brittany's phone number they left a sign on the door so we could call [I assume to cancel unfinished online orders]. "I waited almost ten minutes, and although the staff at the counter were clearly working hard, there were several customers ahead of me. It felt like they were prioritizing online orders over those of us who were in the store. The strategy of focusing on online orders while neglecting in-person customers is quite frustrating. "tonight I visited this load after I came out of work I closed at 10:40 clock about 20 minutes before loading. I was told by the young lady that she was already closed and she could not serve me. I said that she was only on the 11th she told me she was sorry, but she no longer commanded for the night and she refused to serve me. I just wanted to reach because I don't think they should advertise that they close at a certain time when they stop serving gassing 30 minutes before they actually close. I was really excited about subway and thought about it all day and was left disappointed. I will also call the load manager and bring my mind to express. as someone who is also in the service industry, I know that they do not stop to serve customers until their actual closing time."

"Gumball and Darwin from The Amazing World of Gumball and Ezio from Assassin’s Creed and Walter White from Breaking Bad chased me. Then I saw this Subway and then I asked for 10 Footlongs with Turkey, American cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, spinach, and mayo. Then I pushed the door to exit after paying this good looking guy named “Milad” and giving him a huge tip, Milad has also given me an iPhone 15. Ezio had an AK-47. I threw Ezio one of my footlongs I ordered. Then I pushed Darwin to the ground. Then, this guy named “yunglimabean” sneaked up on me and then captured me and ate one of my Footlongs. So I punched yunglimbean. And I ran with my 8 footlongs. And then I ate them all. 10/10 I recommend this Subway."

"I ordered a foot-long turkey sub, but unfortunately, the bread was undercooked and doughy, making it difficult to chew. I had to bring this to the staff's attention. The woman I spoke with explained that the bread had been made that morning but hadn’t been baked properly; she even had trouble slicing it! When I asked for a replacement, she told me that wasn’t possible and that there would be no refunds. Another staff member offered to make me a new sandwich, but it ended up being burnt while still having the same undercooked texture. When I requested my receipt, she mentioned she was going to throw it away. In the end, she printed a duplicate for me, but it wasn’t for my order. I’ve usually had great service here, but today was very disappointing. Normally, there’s a young man who provides excellent service, but he wasn’t around this time."

"I’m really grateful for this 24/7 Subway located in Wyandotte. It's the only one in the area and one of the few 24/7 options available. While the prices are slightly higher than other Subways, it’s super convenient if you’re at Henry Ford Hospital or in need of a late-night sub (which I often am). "I use to eat at Subway quite often in the past, but had been awhile since. Last few experiences had kept me from going. BUT last weekend I was impressed with great customer service, both my daughter and my sandwiches were made exactly the way we asked (going through drive-through in the past had Manu issues with order accuracy), and ingredients were fresh and delicious.
