"They've done mostly all pick up since the pandemic but the food is always delicious there are huge portions and the prices are great and the customer service is wonderful as well. My go to meal is their baked spaghetti with meat sauce and 2 of their huge delicious meatballs. But the pizza the baked spaghetti and everything I've ever had there is delicious. Always a pleasure! "This place was quiet for a Saturday lunch. The wait staff was cleaning when we walked in. Staff was quick to seat and get us drinks. Maybe a little to quick. My daughter requested an ice tea with both raspberry and mango flavor shot. Unfortunately the wait staff left as she said mango and the drink came back raspberry only. The drinks were refilled quickly. The appetizer was timed well and served hot. We enjoyed it. Lunch order for Chicken Parmigian. The pasta was cold but had hot chicken and cheese. Our other order was ravioli lasagna. The ravioli lasagna itself was great. The challenge was the plating. The lasagna was in a pan and the pan placed in a white bowl . The issue wad the pan not fitting in the bowl and every time we tried to cut a piece, the hot pan would slide which made her nervous and afraid it would slide into her lap. All in all, it was good and we would go back. We may just order pizza and salad."

"Food was delicious! I had high hopes but I guess it’s challenging during bottomless brunch. The service was some of the worst I encountered. Probably would have been a better value if it didn’t take for our server to greet us and then we barely saw him after that and he left drinks that we ordered sitting at the service station for so long they were warm by the time they arrived."

"After reading the reviews I was looking forward to eating here. Unfortunately the best thing we had was the dessert. We both ordered a salad and my mom's had large chunks of the core of the lettuce. I ordered veal marsala which was dry and salty. I ordered baked ziti for my mom and she got ziti with meat sauce. I sent it back and it came back with mozzarella melted on the top. She never got the baked ziti with ricotta. It wasn't that busy at the time so very disappointed in the food and won't go back."

"I called the restaurant to explain the situation, but they dismissed my concerns and said, “Oh, we’ll refund you next time; just let us know.” I took the cup back to the restaurant to show them the soup. The staff member cringed when he smelled it too, but instead of addressing my concern, he started yelling at me as if I were the problem. If you own a food service establishment and someone brings a serious issue like this to your attention, you should be alarmed, not defensive. It was clear that something had gone horribly wrong with my soup. Honestly, I wish there were a better way to hold the entire staff accountable instead of just writing this review, but it seems that’s not the case. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible that soup was. Do not eat here! I will never return!"

"Good afternoon, I recently dined at this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the experience. My friends and I were not pleased with the food. I noticed that some chicken had been left on the ground in a cardboard box next to the grill, which was very unappetizing. While we were waiting for our orders, we even saw a rat. Additionally, there was a Chinese woman working there who spoke in a disrespectful tone in her own language. As a result, my friend and I decided to leave and won't be returning."

"This was my first time ordering during the COVID pandemic and I was not disappointed. I was impressed by the diverse menu options. I tried the vodka chicken sandwich, which was generously sized and absolutely delicious. The chicken gyro was also a hit, with freshly made Tzaziki sauce and perfectly cooked pommes. The only tiny letdown was the cheese sauce, which didn't taste quite like real cheese, but it didn't ruin the experience for me. I am excited to return and try their Tostone and Tacos next time."

"The scotch eggs are great! But my entrees kept coming out raw. First I ordered the salmon (medium temp) and it was raw. The server offered to have it remade. I ordered the steak salad instead (medium rare temp), and that came out raw as well. And the dressing, described as a basil vinaigrette, was loaded cilantro. This is a good place for drinks and apps but was disappointed in the mains."

"WAY overpriced as most places are these days but if it was an excellent meal I would not complain. $9.95 for a cup of Italian Wedding Soup that had no meatballs just little pieces of some kind of meat or pieces of meatball, spinach, maybe celery and broth, no little pasta that usually comes with it. We asked if we could order the dinner portion so we could get soup or salad without having to pay extra. The waitress (who was new and still learning) went to check and was told we could do that. So we ordered the dinner portion but were still charged and additional $12 for a small side Greek salad and the $9.95 for the cup of soup. After questioning the bill, they did ultimately remove the extra charges. Eggplant parm was just OK. kinda mushy. Appetizer of Mozzarella Fritti (recommended by waitress) for 2 people and $12.00 all you get are three wooden skewers with 3 4 tiny tiny balls of fried mozzarella."

"This restaurant is a great place to hang out with friends and family [up to a party of 8]! I want to give a shoutout to our server, Sammy, who took great care of my wife, child, and me. Sammy was attentive and paid attention to detail. He anticipated our needs and cleared away any dirty plates promptly, which always earns a good tip in my book. "UPDATE: 9/17/22 We are rudely greeted by an old woman mean and bitter looking by the name of MARY, she very rudely says, wheat, white or flatbread . I was confused, No, I want 9 grain . Again even ruder wheat, white or flatbread . I looked at her wide eyed and then she said we only have wheat, white or flatbread . Oh...oh ok, I see ok. My grandson says white and puts his hand on the window to look closer at the ingredients. The MARY person, raised her voice at him and yells at him to not hang on the window, that it will fall and that he needs to stand back and tell her what he wants in his sandwich. (Side note) Grandson is minimally Autistic with APD (Auditory Processing Disorder) and is very sensitive to pitches and tones, so he went to sit down and play with his fidget toy. She just gives us a dirty look and proceeds to be rude again and asks what we want on for our sandwiches, I proceed to tell her, then she passes them over to Jason? He was very nice, polite, not loud and rude and was very patient with us and had a soft soothing voice that my grandson responded happily too. And came back to finish his order. As Jason was helping us, a young very good looking man next in line was being helped my MARY. Oh boy did she change her tune. She explained to him flirtily, Hi, good afternoon, we only have wheat, white or flatbread at this time, since corporate is in the middle of testing to see what breads are the people 's go to bread . My jaw drops like a hot potato....Wow, just wow.....as I stood there watching her and listening to her, thinking she was just Invaded from a Body Snatcher. Needless to say this review is to let others know that if you are good looking, Princess Mary will serve you, but beware if you are a Normal, the old wicked witch of East comes out!!!"

"Chopps at the Burlington Marriott definitely falls into the category of hidden gem. You just don 't expect top steak house quality from a hotel restaurant. Don 't get me wrong. This is still not Capital Grille or The Federal, but it 's not priced like them either. The service IS as good, especially if you are fortunate enough to have waiters V or Lisa. The fried calamari is excellent with a light breading, beautifully seasoned. The clam chowder is fantastic with tender clams and some smokey bacon. The steaks are always very good (just a hair below CG quality) and my wife loves the salmon. Side dishes are delicious and generous enough to share always. The wine selection is modest (again, it 's not CG), but they have a very nice selection of sub-$100 bottles, and a few over that price-point. Save room for dessert, because those are excellent, too. I love to bring the family there because it is quality dining and reasonable prices."

"This review is based on my experience at 11pm Valentine's day. So after a movie my girlfriend and i decided to eat here and i would come to regret that decision at the end. As we walk in there is no one there to greet us at the front desk and get us seated, we end up waiting about 5min for someone to realize there's customers (us) waiting. The waitress then comes over and guides us to our booth right next to the bar. Idk who this guy was but he must've been a manager or someone close to the manager cause he was sitting at the bar in a tank top and slacks just talking to another gentleman with no drinks or food in front of them. Throughout the whole time we were there so was he right next to us in his tank top and that made me feel uncomfortable. The waitress then took our order and after that is when i noticed i had kicked a glass cup under my table which made me wonder if they even properly cleaned the booth i was in after it was used, and again i felt uncomfortable and slightly disgusted as well. My food came and i had ordered the salmon with brown rice and mashed potatoes and my girlfriend had the chicken parmesan with pasta. My salmon was WAYYYY over cooked, practically nuked, and VERY salty. Im no chef but when my fork cant cut through my salmon when im pressing down fairly hard im sure thats not normal. I then picked at my girlfriend's food and that thing was greasy on the bottom, salty and overall unpleasant. The only thing this place did well at was to make sure I never step foot in an Uno's restaurant ever again."
