"Chopps at the Burlington Marriott definitely falls into the category of hidden gem. You just don 't expect top steak house quality from a hotel restaurant. Don 't get me wrong. This is still not Capital Grille or The Federal, but it 's not priced like them either. The service IS as good, especially if you are fortunate enough to have waiters V or Lisa. The fried calamari is excellent with a light breading, beautifully seasoned. The clam chowder is fantastic with tender clams and some smokey bacon. The steaks are always very good (just a hair below CG quality) and my wife loves the salmon. Side dishes are delicious and generous enough to share always. The wine selection is modest (again, it 's not CG), but they have a very nice selection of sub-$100 bottles, and a few over that price-point. Save room for dessert, because those are excellent, too. I love to bring the family there because it is quality dining and reasonable prices."

My only complaint was that I was able to make a reservation for a Sunday but it was not communicated that the main restaurant is not open on Sundays and we were seated in the bar View menu

I celebrated my sister's birthday at this restaurant, and the experience was wonderful. The service and food were excellent, and the entire staff was courteous and attentive to every detail.

The cocktail was amazing! I really enjoyed the live music—a fantastic guitarist and singer performed on Tuesday night. The seating arrangement was a bit unusual with comfortable chairs and a low table, but I’d prefer to avoid screens in the dining area altogether. View menu

Chopps used to be a fantastic spot for delicious food and excellent service. While the service remains good, the quality of the food has left much to be desired. It feels like they have transformed it into a hotel restaurant that caters mainly to guests, rather than to outside diners. I'm quite disappointed and uncertain about returning in the future.

We stayed at the Marriott for my daughters 16th birthday “girls day of shopping”. Out of the 5 girls, one has a peanut, gluten, and soy allergy, another has a peanut and dairy allergy, one is vegetarian, and I’m vegan. Several days prior to our arrival, I called the restaurant to inquire if they would be able to accommodate us. Rest assured, they were more than accommodating. The moment we were seated, the manager introduced himself assured us that the chef was well aware of their allergies and eager to work with us. Our waitress, Kim was phenomenal! She never seemed overwhelmed with the workload or questions that were asked. Overall, delicious and great service.. Would highly recommend CHOP...
