"The Park has become one of our favorite spots for breakfast. They offer a wide menu featuring classic southern-style breakfast options and lunch diner fare. Our go-to choice is the breakfast special which includes two eggs, sausage, bacon, choice of grits or hash browns, and either pancakes or a waffle for around $5. Unlike many other diners, the eggs here are not greasy. Our review is based solely on breakfast as we have not tried their lunch menu. The standout feature of The Park is the exceptional service. The staff is incredibly friendly, engaging in conversation and ensuring that coffee, tea, and water are always topped up. They regularly check in to ensure everything is to your liking and always wear a smile. It's a delight to dine here. Saturday mornings at The Park are something we eagerly anticipate. While the restaurant is often busy, it doesn't usually take long to be seated. We frequently bring our young daughter along, and the servers are always kind and attentive to her. They love when she draws them pictures and engage with her warmly. While the food may not be the absolute best we've ever had, and there aren't any standout unique dishes on the menu, the focus is on serving tasty and fresh diner fare that is always served piping hot. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, but it's the friendly service that truly sets The Park apart."

My husband and I had been here for Sunday lunch before so we decided to give breakfast a try. Got there at the perfect time and didn’t have to wait! Eggs were cooked perfect...pancakes were light and fluffy. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. May be our new breakfast place.

Always passing this place, and when it is open, there are many cars. Open the door and greeted with the biggest smiles. Very welcoming and given a great window seat. The breakfast came out in a timely manner and was beautiful as well as tasty. Affordable and pleasant atmosphere. View menu

The Park has a variety of foods but I love breakfast. The eggs are tender and cooked beautifully. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious. I love the sausage patty and would really love if they had country sausage. Everything is seasoned well, made to order, and delicious. The service is great and prices are very reasonable. I love this place!

Took my mom here for breakfast a couple of Saturdays ago. Great little find. Wait staff was great and very attentive to new customers and regulars. Food is dinner style. It was quick and good. They’re very good with made to order. Asked would we like bacon crunchy or soft. Waffle was very good too! Recommend for family friendly environment and good simple good.

I stopped in for lunch, concerned I might be late due to the crowd. I was seated after a short wait, but after that things moved very quickly. The waitress was kind, helpful to a first time visitor and quick. The menu is large and varied and there is a daily special. The prices are very reasonable and I was in and out with time to spare. Went here for lunch, but have been here for breakfast in the past. I've always been happy with my breakfast, and enjoyed lunch just as much. I had the turkey reuben with sweet potato fries. The server asked if I would like the cinnamon butter to go with the fries and I'm so glad I said yes. It was delicious! My husband had the souvlaki in a pita with fries and he enjoyed his very much. Other options are burgers, a variety of sandwiches, salads, and soups. Prices are very reasonable and everyone was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend.

We were in Burlington for a week on family business and had breakfast almost every morning at the Park Restaurant. The staff was always friendly and on top of their service never an empty coffee cup! Everything we tried off of the breakfast menu was good, but I especially enjoyed the vegetarian omelet, full of veggies and cheese. My wife drinks hot tea and liked that they had a big carafe of it already brewed so she didn't have to sit and wait for it to steep every time she got it refilled. One word of caution it fills up fast in the morning so best to get there early, particularly if you have a big group.
