"Since I found this hidden treasure two weeks ago, we've eaten here five times—we can’t get enough! Whether you order takeout or dine in, the experience is top-notch. I've never had any issues with our orders, even when we place large ones. The dining area is usually quite empty, with just a person or two, but I’ve seen many people opt for takeout while dining there. They would definitely attract more customers if more people knew they existed and that the seating is spacious and comfortable. We've tried multiple sushi rolls, and all of them have been great. The steak and chicken hibachi is always cooked to perfection. The fried gyoza are delightfully crispy on the outside and packed with flavor inside. The edamame is always well-steamed, and the spring rolls are crispy on the outside without being greasy. My only complaint so far is that the sweet potatoes used in the vegetable tempura need to be cooked longer or blanched beforehand. We’ve ordered the vegetable tempura four times, and each time the sweet potatoes have been nearly inedible, as we can’t bite through them. I might ask them to substitute more of another vegetable if this issue continues. Aside from that, I have no complaints, but since sweet potatoes make up the majority of the tempura order, addressing that issue would be much appreciated. My children absolutely love the little plastic accessories that hold their chopsticks together. Thank you for providing these for those who are not familiar with using chopsticks but still want an authentic experience! On a side note, I have a shellfish allergy, and they always make a note to ensure the sushi chef avoids cross-contamination."

"The sushi was wonderful. We ordered our steaks to be cooked medium-rare, but they arrived more medium, though they were still delicious. They were hosting a special event for the first time, and it seemed they weren't fully prepared for the large turnout. However, they worked hard to accommodate everyone, and I commend them for their efforts. We'll definitely be returning."

"My friend took me here for dinner as I'm not from the area. The wait for hibachi was too long so we opted for a table in the dining area. I ordered a mule beverage and the pineapple fried rice and a sweet potato avocado sushi roll. Didn't snag a photo of the sushi as I devoured it up too quickly!! The pineapple fried rice was so plentiful and delicious. It had chicken and shrimp in it which I was pleasantly surprised by. I had enough to share with my girlfriend and for another meal the next day."

"Wow! This place has such an outstanding vibe. The servers are extremely personable and the food is spot on perfect. The music is even chill. We were actually recommended this spot by a couple we met in passing. And we were absolutely blown away by the service we received. Angela is so hospital and it is impossible to resist the smile she will bring to your face. 10 out of 10. If your looking for a place to eat or even just drink and have good time, your search is over. This is the Spot!"

"We didn't wait long enough for Raku Sakura to be ready for prime time. We were so excited they opened on Main St in East Greenwich we ADORE sushi. Without going into too many negative details, the service was upside down on that Saturday night. Really bad. The food was pretty good no complaints about the food except that the portions were very small compared to the local competitors of Raku Sakura (ie, Yokahoma and Kon Asian Bistro). We will wait a few months and give it another try. As to noise level, we were seated in a booth closest to the bar. The bar area was really noisy. Which a bar should be. However, we think we should have been seated in the back of the restaurant, which had lots of empty booths. Next time we'll ask."

"I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. The quality of the food that goes into the meals is really top notch. In their defense, we went there right after the holiday weekend and maybe it was a little different. It won't stop us from coming back in the hope that it was an anomaly rather than the norm."

"Father's day Mistake. First visit here possibly the last. It was father's day to be fair. It was busy but not so busy that the amount of staff there shouldn't be able to keep everyone happy. We git seated quickly, the server arrived 5 minutes after we had our menus and we were ready to order. She took about 10 minutes to bring our drinks. A kitchen staffer brought out our food in about 15 minutes! It was fast. Our server who hadn't been seen since the order then brought us dinner rolls and maple butter that i assume you're supposed to get while you wait. My medium ribeye was toasted and dry. Beans and potato were decent. Everyone else was happy with the food. We eat and chat. My 9 year old ran out of milk basically when the food arrived, the older one shortly after. No water was offered from the start. We finished our meals and sat. My wife and I finished our beers and we sat with empty plates and glasses. The couple next to us who sat down just before us got up and asked the hostess to ring up their food, they had a small baby getting fussy and it was HOT in there. The group behind us got seated minutes after we did. They were looking all over. They hadn't even gotten their appetizer. April our server has not been seen. Then she zipped by a couple times, the woman with the baby is still pleading with other staff to charge her card so she can leave and she spotted April and quickly grabbed her attention depending she close out their tab. Meanwhile my family of 4 have been sitting empty playes and glasses for nearly 30 minutes. She then brought the people behind us their drinks! Remember they were seated before we even ordered! We finished our food 30 minutes ago! She then ran off and took a few more orders we have been eyeballing her this whole time. She apparently mouthed ill be right back to my daughter at some point. Finally after I don't know how long, she came to us. I said I'd like a box and my tab! I was a little short with her. She runs off and dissappear for another 5+ minutes before coming back with a box and our bill. Rambling excuses and apologizing. We were all sweaty and over it long before that. I wanted a juicy steak for father's day, we tried a new spot and got burned.. as did my steak. Hopefully it was just a fluke but I don't see us going back to find out. I should mention, there were many staff members on the floor. Sometimes gathering and talking at their station. It's not like they were under staffed. Seems like the others were maybe even intentionally leaving our server to drowned. What a mess."

"Great experience! The sushi boat for 2 was very filling and delicious! The staff were very helpful and nice. Update 8/22/2020: We went to dinner with the family (7 adults, 2 kids, 2 toddlers to celebrate mine and my daughter’s birthday. I wanted to give a huge shout out to the wonderful people here! We were there from 5-6:30pm. The toddlers were a tad cranky and (as any parent knows, it can be a little embarrassing! we didn’t feel as though we were disrupting anything! It was a great feeling to have. As usual, the food was wonderful! I still recommend the boat for 2 and the French Kiss sushi platter is THE BEST for those that love a kick of spice! This was our fourth time coming (first with the toddlers and will always make our way from Cross Roads Tx to Flower Mound if we ever want a nice meal of sushi! Thank you again!"

"My visit to this restaurant was absolutely fantastic! I was seated quickly, and my order was taken right away. The staff was incredibly friendly, entertaining, and attentive. I dined at the Hibachi Grill and ordered the Filet Mignon and Chicken. As I took in my surroundings, I noticed that the grills, ventilation, floors, and restrooms were all very clean. My meal was cooked to perfection, and the chef was both humorous and skilled. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was delicious. This is definitely one of my top choices for a date night, and I highly recommend this restaurant. If you haven't visited yet, don't hesitate to give it a try. You won't regret it, and you'll leave happy!"

"This mall is one of my favorite spots to visit! It has some hidden gems, like Books-A-Million. Hot Topic is one of my favorite stores here, as well as FYE! Plus, there's Round 1, an incredibly fun (though a bit pricey) arcade. It's usually not too crowded, which is a bit unfortunate considering many malls are struggling these days. Honestly, it only has a few stores that pique my interest, but it's enjoyable to stroll around, browse the shops, and maybe grab a pretzel. Overall, it's a really nice place!"

"This is my go to sushi spot here in Fremont! Fresh sashimi and delicious food! The size of this restaurant is massive, They have a full bar with a wide variety of special cocktails. The hallway to the bathroom looks super cool with rainbow lights! They have private rooms for big parties and a separate seating area for the stone grill for grilling meats."

"I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. From the moment we walked in, it felt off. We weren’t greeted or seated promptly. The linen napkin we received was threadbare and had a loose string hanging from it. The fork also felt cheap and old. The area around our hibachi table was dirty, despite our reservation being at 5 PM. The food was acceptable, but nothing special. The chef was skilled, but the fan at our table was so loud that we could barely hear him. On a positive note, our server was excellent and managed her multiple tables very competently. Unfortunately, on our way out, a manager bumped into me while distractedly walking around the dining room. He apologized for the incident, but didn’t inquire about our experience or wish us a pleasant evening. His demeanor encapsulated the general atmosphere of the restaurant, where it seemed that very few people were genuinely happy to be there."

"We did have an hour wait after our reservation last night and thatâs the only reason I gave it a star instead of a But based on previous reviews we were anticipating the wait. We noticed another group brought their Monopoly game. So just prepare yourself and settle in. I am so glad I took the negative reviews with a grain of salt. It was fantastic! There has been a pandemic and they are short staffed. But when you got inside you realized why the long wait and that everything was running as smoothly as possible. One waitress for the room, they time the tables out to have only one chef at a time. We saw two chefs total and the manager was running around grabbing things that were needed. Our chef and waitress were wonderful and attentive! It was my birthday so he sang to me a few times. The food was delicious as usual If you love Benihanaâs and you want to support them, go and donât let the negative reviews stop you. I almost listened to them and am so glad we went. We had a wonderful evening and a fun table We have been going there at least once a year through the pandemic and this was the first time it felt like it was getting back to normal. As far as the ambiance. I love that itâs got that vibe. Iâve been to the one in Columbus that is newer and more modern and still love Cincinnati more. I did notice they have updated their restrooms though. It looked nice. Way better than what they had been. In regards to a couple other negative reviews. Garlic butter was used in our rice and it was perfect. And they have had security there for the past few years. Nothing new."

"I placed my lunch order through DoorDash, and everything appeared to be in order according to the app. However, Lotus Garden ended up canceling my order and called me afterward. I’ve now been waiting for my lunch for 45 minutes, and the refund for the canceled order isn't processed immediately. This isn't my first bad experience with Lotus Garden; it's just the final straw. I won’t be eating there again."

"Most disgusting meal EVER!! We had to wait to get in. Took forever to get a waiter. Got drinks fairly quick. About 10 minuted before he came to take our order. Another 15 minutes to get our salad and soup, then 10 more minutes for our food. It was sloppy. The shrimp were salad size and weren't peeled, the steak was very cheap cut, the mixed vegetables were mostly onion. We got maybe 2 bites of broccoli and 2 slivers of zucchini. The white sauce was so watered down you could have drank it like water!! The service, well it sucked too. After he brought our food he never came back."

"Food is very good and fairly priced. Service is always good except one thing they don't bring a table's food at the same time. Every time I've been there, they bring our plates individually and it could take up to 8 minutes for a table of four to be served. Kind of rude, actually. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"
