"Overall her experience was OK. The service was extremely slow and they were not overly busy. We waited more than a half an hour for cocktails. While waiting we asked for some bread for the table. When that wasn’t coming mins after sitting) we re-asked , they said they were warming the bread in the oven for us and had some cheesy response that were are in this experience together. When the bread finally came it was cold and barely enough for the table. When we ordered our meal, of ordered their steaks. When ordering steaks, we expect to get them the way we ordered them. were over cooked. I complained as mine was the most over cooked, as I ordered mine rare to rare+. It came out medium well. Barely any pink. The waiter want to argue with me that was rare+. He said that’s how I ordered it. Then he said the cook flipped it with my husbands order, however my husband ordered the same as me, and his was done perfectly. Then he said they thermometer check all their steaks. Which was it?…. Other than just a mistake I simply stated to him I’m not gonna debate with you. And I proceeded to divide my steak up amongst my family for them to eat We had over a bill (with automatic gratuity) and he chose to argue vs fix I am from out of town, but my family lives in town and they go out to eat a lot.
