"I've already eaten here and the food was great and the service is fine. Not bad. But I brought some friends here for the first time a day to share my experience, we waited 20 minutes for the waitress to finally come to our table. When she finally came after our signals, which she did not ask us what we wanted to drink or order, we stood there with her pad and pen, we had to ask her if she wanted to start with drinks first or also take orders for meals, she replied that it doesn't matter as if it simply wanted to get it, with and took all our orders. After we got our meals, we realized that we had no napkins or forks and knives and had to go to the counter and inform them, came and put it on our table without good disposition or smile or any questions whether we needed anything else and never came back. There was a strange odour from the bathroom, but we didn't want to get any more posture with the waitress so we didn't mention it. Our friends are pretty cold and we still have a great time and apologise for how maybe she had a bad day. But that was the first time I've ever felt like not even giving tips. The food itself has always been delicious, but it's kind of disappointing when you say great things about a place to your guests and then it turns out that it's not what they thought was the experience."
