"had a nice birthday dinner here, the service was before place and the staff was so attentive. everything we ordered from the sea red duck to the fresh healed butter was well prepared. the goat cheese salad was my favorite dish of the night. they could taste the fresh and good cooking techniques on everything, but I thought both proteins were flavored under, and the beautified vegetables needed more love. this is a charming little restaurant that does not sniff very much, although it is very expensive."

"Another outstanding night at Grunauer! The bar staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the beers and the history for each one. They’re extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions about some great beers! Then the food comes and it’s just delicious! We had the Friday special and Hungarian style goulash. It was absolutely amazing! Words can’t describe how good it tastes. Then our server Anthony, who was a great one and a lot of fun, recommended we go with the bread pudding instead of my usual apple strudel for dessert. I hate him now because I have 2 favorite desserts! The people and food at Grunauer keep us coming back! Go try it and I’m sure you’ll be coming back multiple times. The owners, who are super cool, have a great place and worthy of a visit!"

"What a fun venue! I'm always looking for restaurants with a good selection for my vegan friend and the Westside local fills that void. Although reservations are recommended we arrived Sunday for brunch without any and were seated in less than 10 minutes. Mat , at the front was very helpful and welcoming. Our waitress, Hannah was great! She was very friendly , knowledgeable and efficient. Even though the place was jumping (and a bit loud) she never acted or made us feel rushed quite the contrary she made us feel quite welcome like regulars. The food was fantastic! My friend ordered the biscuits and gravy, mushroom gravy with no meat. I had the country Benny and it was great! We lucked out with a parking space right by the door otherwise the street parking is very limited. Highly recommend. I am sure to return soon. Thank you for a pleasant experience."

"Nice and beautiful location. We were able to get a patio table without a reservation and no wait time. They have a good variety of appetizers, salads, seafood, poultry, beef dishes plus desserts and of course, drinks. This time I opted for a light meal and I had the seafood salad as my main. It was a great choice. The seafood tasted so fresh and light, but at the same time delicious. It had shrimps, octopus and squid, plus the greens and red peppers. It also had some potatoes. Husband and I shared calamari for appetizer and the tater tots, they were amazing as other reviews said. They have cheese inside and a crispy warm texture outside. We took the leftovers and even the next day were delicious. Husband had a roasted chicken that was very tasty. He loved it. We will definitely come back."

(we had a cheap saint emilion bordeaux, which was excellent. friendly staff. lammables were as always excellent. I wish the parking space would be more comfortable. (I don't want to go through a street and the jimmy johns parking lot to get to the majestic."
