"Been waiting for 20 min at the front for a table when not only are there several 6 tops available, there are also 3 6 tops that have food on them that no one is cleaning, the managers (2) just walk around doing nothing at all, no help, no nothing. Theycould be cleaning of the tables but they are holding the walls up, as a previous manager of restaurants, this is poor Service.This is definitely something that should be addressed and fixed. It?s very annoying looking at all the tables available but theydon?t want to seat anyone due to them trying not to use one side of the restaurant and keep there table use to a minimum. Thisis the poorest thing I have every seen. Usually they are very fast with the seating and they are not busy at all today, it?s1:16 on a Wednesday and they are not busy at all. 1 star service. We should have went to on the border."

"We waited over 2 hours for our food in an empty restaurant. There was a miscommunication, so we were patient and understanding. Upon bringing our food out the waitress dropped half the food on the floor. The other half that we were served was not what we ordered so we had to send it back and wait again. While waiting I felt bad for the waitress because she seemed to be having a rough time, so I started cleaning up the food that she dropped on the floor. After 15 minutes, she brought out a list arguing that I was lying about the partial order being incorrect, because the waitress who took our order (but ended up leaving shortly after) had written it down. I was still patient and explained that she didn 't even take notes while we placed our order so when she went in the back she must have just ended up writing anything old thing down. This waitress ' attitude was awful, even though I made every attempt to be understanding. An extremely obese employee came from the back and explained that she would give us a discount even though at that point I didn 't care for one. To make a long story short, we ended up being overcharged even after explaining that our bill was wrong and being told that they were giving us a senior discount which was laughable. After 3 hours of our time being wasted, an incorrect, meal and an overcharge we just wanted to get our little kids the eff out of there. We will NEVER visit Chili 's again. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Every employee who worked today should be fired."

"This Chili's is always a reliable spot for a quick meal, catching a game, or hanging out with friends. The parking lot can be a bit chaotic, but once you're inside, the service is consistently good at both the bar and the tables. The food is delicious, and I've never encountered any kitchen issues; the dishes arrive promptly and as ordered. We often do takeout for game days at home, and the service has always been excellent, with the food being a hit. They also offer party platter options. The kids enjoy it there, and we've always had a great time dining at this location. Even when it's busy, the staff remains attentive and organized. Everyone is friendly, and the managers do a great job as well."

"I have been going to breakfast at this place for about a year. The food is amazing with plenty to choose from. Always come out fresh and hot. Last week I had the pleasure to try their newly minted chicken pot pie and it did not disappoint. It was nice and creamy inside with a great crust on the outside. Comes in a cute ramekin and is the comfort food you need during this cold wave! Check them out the next time you need a little home comfort!"

"Used to love this place, but the last experience I had here was soo bad, I had to walk out, coffee in paper cup, too strong, chili looked like mushy dog food, and was room temperature, asked them to take the coffee and chile back, and was still charged, restaurant was filthy, with a bunch of kids working there, all goofing around and having fun at the expense of the customer, server was rude, and wired, got into a argument, so I payed for the food I had taken back and vowed to boycot Chiles, foreverand ever! This Restaurant will never get a dime of business from me!"

"Delicious food served in generous portions and great mixed drinks. The chips are good and served with 3 salsas: regular red (my favorite , spicy red and a green pineapple salsa. Try the Pappas (Mexican mashed potatoes. They also very vegetarian options.Perfect sweet tea. Lovely atmosphere with fountains and interesting murals. Very friendly staff. One of my favorite spots."

"We were craving some chili since they were offering $6 Presidente margaritas for National Margarita Day. I ordered my usual Cajun shrimp pasta, and it was delicious as always. We enjoyed two rounds of margaritas, but the second round was quite watered down. However, Kehlani, one of the supervisors, kindly remade the drinks, and they turned out amazing! She explained that margaritas taste better when they're not shaken, and thanks to her excellent service, we tipped her more than our actual server, who was just okay. We'll definitely be back and will specifically ask for her!"

"Ordered what I thought would be a quick lunch for curbside pickup. Made the order, and it said 11-13 minutes for curbside. I texted the number to indicate my space, waited for more than 30 minutes in a dead parking lot. Why curbside? Simple, I have a bad hip and it 's a very nice convenience to have curbside. But after the 30 minutes of waiting, I decided to go in and get it myself. Found my order, sitting at the go to stand, with a receipt that says CURBSIDE! I 've been to the Abuelos location in Texas and love to eat there. While the food is a step up in elegance to traditional Tex-mex, the service is terrible. I asked the host if this was my curbside order. She said yes and walked away, didn 't even ask for my name. I walked out unhappy, and to no surprise, my food was stone cold.. such a disappointment.."

"As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was struck by the need for air conditioning. It was sweltering outside at 100 degrees, and I felt exhausted, hungry, and thirsty. The enticing aroma of food from the kitchen greeted me as I walked in. I noticed a few empty martini glasses at the bar, still adorned with salt on the rims. After sitting down and quickly glancing at the menu, I found myself distracted by the televisions mounted on the wall while waiting to place my order. After about 5-7 minutes, I decided to approach the bartender, who was prompt, friendly, and engaging. My food arrived swiftly, and the staff were all very welcoming. I opted for another beer, and I had no doubt that if I stayed longer, they would have continued to keep me content. The food was tasty, the service was good, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The prices were a bit steep, but that seems to be the trend these days. Overall, it was a lovely spot to relax, have a few drinks, enjoy a meal without the hassle of cooking, and have a good time."

"I had a craving for fish, so we decided to go to Chili's. They always have delicious grilled salmon. The server was polite and efficient. The food was freshly cooked for each order, which I appreciated. They use fresh ingredients here instead of frozen, which I prefer. However, we did have an issue with the payment device. When we went to pay, my husband noticed that our bill had been mixed up with another table's, so we had to ask the waiter to correct it."

"Chili's feels more like a backup option or a place you settle for when you have no better choices. I wish they would focus more on promoting their ribs and southwestern dishes. Honestly, half of the menu could belong to Denny's, and you wouldn't notice the difference. The bowl of chili was small and a bit dry – quite disappointing, really. It seems like a slightly overpriced bar that has a kitchen to accommodate families with kids. If you're looking for a spot to unwind and grab a quick bite while you're out and about in Laredo, then sure, Chili's works for that! But if you're seeking a restaurant worth driving into town for, I recommend looking elsewhere."

"Went to go grab dinner around 7:30 just to get out of the house. No one was at the podium to greet us when we walked in. I had to go to the bar ask did they have a host or hostess working. They told me there was a hold on seating anyone at this time but would send someone. The hostess came said there would be a 10-15 minute wait but the restaurant was nearly empty. We decided to wait which I regretted because once we got seated it was close to the restroom they claimed that no one was working the other area where the other tables were. The person I was with had to send his food back twice due to it being cold in the middle barely any food on the plate to begin with. About time they got it half way right we were ready to go not to mention it was so cold you could barely enjoy your food. I will say the server Miranda was professional even though others made her job difficult."

"My extended family comes here multiple times a year and the staff know them. My immediate family comes here once every 5 years. We went for Mother's Day brunch which sounds like an odd choice. They have traditional breakfast options including things not on the menu like crepes. The breakfast burrito seems to be a hit. It's gigantic and shareable. The portions in general are huge. I had a chicken fajita skillet which didn't come with tortillas. I asked for them and they happily brought me some quickly. Everyone loved the food. This place is somewhat known for having really slow service. This day didn't disappoint. I think from the time we sat down to the time we started eating it might have been almost an hour. They weren't that busy either. If you come here, plan to socialize and relax. It's not a place to eat quickly. I think that's great in many circumstances. The prices seem to be super reasonable too!"

"Over the years we've frequented this location, our most recent experience was undoubtedly the worst. The fries were served cold, so we asked the employee for a fresh batch. Instead of apologizing and promptly bringing us hot fries, he asked, "Aren't they hot?!" He assured us he would get fresh fries, but then forgot about them entirely. By the time we finished our meals—disappointed with the small portion of the chicken sandwich—we had to ask our server for the fries when he brought us the bill. While our server was attentive with drink refills, the other guy, who also forgot my spoon when bringing out our soups, seemed more interested in chatting with the hosts than attending to his duties."

"Incredible workers, although I had to leave early (I was the one in the suit), the fact that the employees took on a group of 30~ idiotic teens an hour and a half before closing like champs is incredible. I hope to dear God you guys didn't have to stay too late to clean the dishes, cups, and etc. and that the remaining folk tipped adequately enough for the individual workers to be granted several hours worth of pay through it. If they didn't, describe to me who didn't tip adequately enough compared to the singular strain that their order caused and they'll be jumped. Once again, thank you all and I am so sorry for what happened there!"

"Guess who's expanding?! I chatted with Charlie, the owner of Loco Charlie's, and he mentioned that they plan to connect the two rooms this week. The wall art is almost finished, and the bar counter already has extended seating at the door! We ordered the fish taco plate, two shredded beef taquitos, and a Chile verde burrito, all served with a selection of chips and salsas on the spacious terrace. Who has the best fish taco in the desert? That's up for debate, but Loco Charlie's tacos are definitely impressive. They're fried super crispy with a delicious breadcrumb crust. From what I gather, each establishment has its own recipe for the fish, which makes them unique. And the fish portions were generous! The service was friendly, and since we went early at 11:00 yesterday, it wasn't too busy."

"Usually this is a nice place to eat. It started out by us waiting for a seat to find out the gal that was cleaning the tables next to us was the one that was supposed to be seating us. But she took her sweet time cleaning tables instead. We werestarving, We got to the table. Ordered too much food just too kind of take the edge off. Soup came we ate it, Is waiting forthe guy to take our order instead he takes a table that just came in. I drink my alcoholic beverage but because I don't haveenough food in me it in me I end up sick. I ordered a second drink but had to cancel it before I got to the table. Ordered thefood, food was cold old, waiter never came back to check on us. Which means we didn't get our drinks refilled. It was just notone of our better days here at chilis."
