"Chili's feels more like a backup option or a place you settle for when you have no better choices. I wish they would focus more on promoting their ribs and southwestern dishes. Honestly, half of the menu could belong to Denny's, and you wouldn't notice the difference. The bowl of chili was small and a bit dry – quite disappointing, really. It seems like a slightly overpriced bar that has a kitchen to accommodate families with kids. If you're looking for a spot to unwind and grab a quick bite while you're out and about in Laredo, then sure, Chili's works for that! But if you're seeking a restaurant worth driving into town for, I recommend looking elsewhere."

Love the atmosphere of the place of service was great the food was great I tried the Bacon Ranch Burger really well with the trio Sampler . The mango tea was on the spot and the margaritas were really well hit.. Food: 5/5

I'm not sure why they took off Chicken Crispers off the menu. I knownits been a while but before we ordered them we could still get them. Today we were told they no longer make them. Sorry Chili's but you took away the only reason I went there and replaced them with these sad things... View menu

Don't bother with this place anymore. High prices and low quality food seems to be the theme for all these type of places. I blame the kitchen staff. They're the ones cooking, and not the wait staff. Point being, go elsewhere. And as for the kitchen staff, if you want to work, let someone else have that job.

I've never had problems with Chili's in SA, so get back to Laredo and order a simple salad and have filled the protein content and the order incorrectly, was such a disappointment. Save time and money and eat in another restaurant. I sincerely hope that management and the company will see how I will contact them. View menu

I’ve never had any problems with Chili’s in San Antonio before, so I was really disappointed to return to Laredo and have my order messed up when I simply asked for a salad with the protein. I recommend saving your time and money by choosing a different restaurant. I truly hope management and corporate take note of this, as I plan to reach out to them.

The good: The Bacon Ranch Burger packed some great flavour. We enjoyed the atmosphere and our cocktails were delicious. Choc cookie for dessert was okay. The not so good: Service was okay. Our table as well as other tables around us got the wrong orders or missing items on orders. In the end, the Manager corrected it and apologized. When we entered, we had to report a huge puddle of water on the inside at the entrance as there was no sign to warn anyone of this slip hazard.
