"I had the worst pizza experience of my life at Gato Pizza, and I strongly recommend you save your money and go elsewhere. When I called to express my concern about my burnt pizza, the lady I spoke with tried to argue with me instead of resolving the issue. I spent my last $20 on this pizza, and she wouldn’t even let me return it for a refund. Instead, she offered to remake it, but I just wanted my money back so I could try another pizza place. Honestly, I would have been better off going to White Castle, and I don’t even like their food! This was a complete waste of $22, and I would never recommend this restaurant. The place was unappetizing, and I even felt sick afterward. I’m looking to contact corporate about this experience. Please, do not waste your money here."
