"I'm completely frustrated with Pizza Plus. Every time I place an order, something goes wrong. I recently ordered a large pepperoni pan pizza but received a thin crust instead, and it was obviously past its freshness. When I called to inquire about a replacement or refund, I was simply told, "the person you need to speak to isn't available right now." I have the receipt and photo proof. Overall, the service and food quality are very disappointing. Food rating: 1 out of 5."
