The heirloom tomato salad was a wonderful introduction to the star of the evening—the off-menu prime Cap steak. Priced at a premium but absolutely worth it, this culinary masterpiece redefined the idea of a perfect steak. Cooked to a rare plus, it practically melted in our mouths and was so tender it could be cut with a mere glance.
And we can’t overlook the chicken fried lobster, a dish that deserves its own moment in the spotlight for its remarkable flavors. Don’t even get me started on the truffle fries—they have reached a new level of crispy deliciousness that left us eagerly wanting more.
