"Eager to try the wings, we ordered 15 with three different sauce flavors. I also opted for a salad, fried okra, and corn nuggets. Be prepared for a leisurely dining experience, as the food takes a while to arrive—definitely a good time to catch up with friends. The fried okra and corn nuggets were pretty standard fare for a bar.
Unfortunately, we were let down by the wings; they were overcooked and quite chewy—so much so that my husband couldn’t finish his, which speaks volumes. The salad was passable, but I wouldn’t order it again. On a positive note, the fries were enjoyable, featuring a rough cut that gave them a nice texture.
Overall, our experience was just okay. Given the 40-minute drive to get there, we likely won’t make the trip again."
