"This place had such a great fun environment. It was a little warm on the inside for a summer day, though. We loved the food and the service we ordered the mucho nachos with chicken and asada fries along with the 2 for 1 margaritas, oringinal lime flavor on the rocks, mango margaritas blended and the diablo margaritas on the rocks all were excellent drinks!!! Our only dislikes were the table we sat at was very sticky, im a little bit of a germaphobe so the fact that in the middle of hollywood and highland, they dont remove the menus you touch, to wipe them down was a bit gross for me. But take some hand sanitizer or wash your hands before eating, and all should be well. "

They have signs that say 2 for 1 for all drinks everyday but when it is time to pay, they said that tonight is a special night, so 2 for 1 does not count. What a scam! Avoid this place at all costs!

Food and drinks we ordered was bomb, atmosphere was fun and loud! DJ mix was good music. Waiter was very friendly and attentive. Wasn’t too busy at the time we went (9pm on a Wednesday) Will be back! View menu

Tuesday night on the 4th of July, their bartender, a Caucasian woman, proceeded to charge for our drinks, which were only two shots and apply the tip herself. Mind you we couldn't keep our tab open therefore each charge had a 9 dollar tip applied to it everytime.

Huge watered down drinks. Looks are deceiving folks. Do not waste your money unless you want to pay $20 for a huge lemonade. Fish taco was unseasoned and bland. No guacamole on the taco. When I asked for a side of guacamole it never arrived. Never again! Total waste of $91.

BEWARE! This establishment falsely advertises the buy one get one free. Not to mention the food is gross. They will not allow you to sit down without you giving them your card, which should've been a red flag to me. I also saw the waiter spitefully charge a table and give himself the biggest tip without their consent. He gloated about it too which is why I know. Watch your checks after its processed. Come at your own risk! View menu

This place is a racket. Taco Tuesday claims you can have all you can eat, but then after eating 2 tacos it took another hour for the waitress to come back with a drink, and then she said that the computer wasn't functioning so she couldn't order us another round until she came back. Another 20 min go by, we finally just decided to pay and leave. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, because that service is embarassingly slow, especially for the size space that it is. It’s unconscionable.

Loud to the point of being disturbing. Took some friends here from out of town because they wanted margaritas. We could barely hear each other over the incredibly loud music. The place was pretty empty, and yet they still had the music so loud that we were shouting and could barely hear each other. We were on the patio outside and could still barely hear each other over the incredibly distorted loud music playing. I guess they're going for a party atmosphere, but when there's six people in the whole place, maybe turn the music down?

"We visited the Los Alamitos location this trip for late lunch, early dinner. My husband got an All American Beach Melt. It was a full pound cheeseburger on grilled Parmesan Sour Dough. He was delightfully overwhelmed! I decided to try the prime rib dinner because the prime rib dip is out of this world! I was extremely disappointed! The meat was cold and flavorless. The aujus again had no flavor. The creamy horseradish could have been sour cream, and it has absolutely no flavor at all, no zing. Our waitress was sweet but disappointing. All of our food came to the table at the same time. Our appetizer actually arrived after our entree plates. Our waitress did a vanishing act. She did not once return to the table. Our water and tea cups sat empty throughout our meal. Other servers took care of the tables to our right, and to our left, we remained completely ignored. After finishing our meals, we sat for about 15 20 minutes with my husband, trying to get anyone to pay attention to even our empty glasses. Finally, it appeared to be someone in management who asked if we were waiting for boxes. My husband told her we 'd like a check AND boxes so we can leave. She brought our check and 3 boxes, no questions or comments. My husband paid in cash, and she said, I 'll see you next time. He commented. There won 't be a next time. We enjoy the Foothill Ranch location, a much friendlier environment. Today 's lesson learned is that it was not a good idea to order steak at a sandwich shop."

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"
