"I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for the past four years, but I must say that I was truly disappointed with the recent decline in their customer service after the remodeling. It seems like the quality of service has diminished significantly. We were seated and then completely forgotten for several minutes, and even when our food arrived, we were neglected once again. It felt as though they were understaffed, but the level of customer service we experienced this time was nowhere near what we had come to expect. To make matters worse, when we tried to customize our order by requesting breaded chicken instead of the usual chicken that comes with the pastor, they wanted to charge us an additional $12. In the past, we always received the same customization without any extra charge. This inconsistency was quite frustrating. I'm unsure if I will continue patronizing this restaurant in the future. They really need to refocus on their customer service and pay attention to their guests from the moment they are seated. Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience should be their priority. While the food is still great, the impact of their poor customer service cannot be ignored."
