"I called ahead to place a pickup order, wanting to ensure the subs would come out of the oven just as I arrived. The manager, Diane, was fantastic. I spoke with her on the phone while ordering and again in the store while paying. She went the extra mile by wrapping my subs in tin foil to keep them warm for my journey home. Her helpfulness and excellent customer service made my visit to D'Angelo's a breeze, and the food was delicious! My family's orders can be a bit complicated, which sometimes makes ordering stressful, but Diane listened carefully and made sure everything was prepared exactly as I requested. Thanks to her, my children and husband were very happy. The other staff members were also very kind."

"The lobster roll is outstanding and very fresh, while the Italian sandwich features top-quality meats. The steak number 9 is perfectly executed, and the Thanksgiving toasted sandwich has a delightful New England flair. The clam chowder and lobster bisque are both rich in flavor; however, I wish the clam chowder had more clams. Although the portion sizes are a bit small for the price, the overall experience is nearly flawless."

"My pregnant sister and dad went to eat there today, and my sister asked if she can have lettice, tomatoes, and onions on the side instead of in the sandwich. They said yea and put in the plastic container with a rude attitude and told the other to make sure she charges us. My sister then said why would you charge us if i want it on the side and she said because its in the plastic container so my sis said alright just put it in the paper and she would eat from there. The lady said it was fine but kept giving attitude. Thats not why im writing this review though its after they payed the lady kept harassing them while they were eating saying she wants to call the police on them. At this point they were at the booth literally trying to eat while the employee is harrassing them and threatening them. The only reason my sister thinks she kept yelling at them was because my dads is arab and has darker skin and a heavy accent. My dad yelled Leave us alone we are trying to eat! And thats when sis took her phone out to record incase things escalated. Luckily it didnt, the lady calmed down after yelling at them i think the owner stepped in front thank God she was wearing a white shirt. The manager seemed entitled like it was her store, maybe shes realted to the owner? Anyways, they should hire staff that know how to be nice to customers and can treat them with respect especially when there trying to eat. I do not recommend this place unless you like to be harrassed while your eating."

"Absolutely terrible service. If you are going to offer delivery, than follow through or don't offer it at all. I was told 30-40 minutes for delivery and it took almost 2 hours. I ordered Steak Cheese and I think it was made over an hour prior to delivery, it was cold cold cold. I will NEVER ORDER from here again."

"I usually buy only from jersey mikes but unfortunately they were closed at the moment and me and my wife wanted a sub. Shes usually order's the Italian and i order a steak and cheese. My first and last time going to d angelos as the sandwiches were disgusting. We took a few bites and into the garbage. Waste of money and appetite, the steak quality was chewy and not tasty and the Italian was very bland. Never again!"

"The food is great, but the service can be inconsistent. They often seem to be understaffed during lunch rushes, which can result in long waits—sometimes up to 30 minutes just to place an order. EDIT: I initially gave this place 3 stars, but it seems they’ve been under new management for a while now. The service has significantly improved during my recent visits!"

"Came in with my wife and daughter, as an alternative to the eateries around Cobb Corner, didn't want to drive to Washington Street in Stoughton and deal with the hassle and traffic. Now, I know what you're thinking. Isn't D'Angelo's owned by the same company that has been running down Papa Gino's? Yes, yes it is. Have their ingredients suffered the same way as Papa Gino's? No, not really. D'Angelo's has always been a solid choice for me for a bite on the run, and this location definitely stood up for us when it mattered. My son and daughter both really enjoyed their chicken salad sub, and my wife enjoyed her chowder. Yes, really. I was surprised. She is a tough sell. And my large Number 9? As good as it ever was, always a solid choice. The crew here at 2pm had the place in tip top shape, and were friendly and helpful. They took their time to get our sandwiches right, and it was worth the wait. We will definitely be back again. Never mind the overpriced food at 5 Guys Burgers, here is where to go."
