"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. We have dined here numerous times in the past, and it was always excellent, but this experience was far from that. It began with subpar service that was neither friendly nor attentive. I could have understood if they were busy, but there was only one other table occupied and a few people at the bar. We waited 15 minutes for our appetizers (stuffed mushrooms and mozzarella sticks), then 25 more minutes for a Reuben and a burger. The worst part was that my husband found HAIR in his food! It took the server 10 minutes to return to our table after delivering the food, and when we pointed out the hair, she didn't apologize or acknowledge the issue. Her only response was, "Uh, okay. Do you want a new burger or something?" I found that shocking, especially since I come from a family of servers and bartenders and would never treat a guest that way. We likely won't be returning for a while. "
