"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. We have dined here numerous times in the past, and it was always excellent, but this experience was far from that. It began with subpar service that was neither friendly nor attentive. I could have understood if they were busy, but there was only one other table occupied and a few people at the bar. We waited 15 minutes for our appetizers (stuffed mushrooms and mozzarella sticks), then 25 more minutes for a Reuben and a burger. The worst part was that my husband found HAIR in his food! It took the server 10 minutes to return to our table after delivering the food, and when we pointed out the hair, she didn't apologize or acknowledge the issue. Her only response was, "Uh, okay. Do you want a new burger or something?" I found that shocking, especially since I come from a family of servers and bartenders and would never treat a guest that way. We likely won't be returning for a while. "

We ordered takeout from the Hoffman Street location, and they went above and beyond by accepting our order just two minutes before the kitchen was closing! I absolutely love their buffalo burger, and the stuffed mushrooms are fantastic, although they've been out of them lately. The service is great, and the prices are reasonable. Plus, they have excellent ranch dressing as a bonus!

You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors at this restaurant. Kayakers frequently enjoy the river adjacent to the establishment. While I didn't have any standout dishes worth highlighting, the attractive waitstaff and prompt service were definitely a plus. UPDATE: As of 3/19, I tried the crab Rangoon, which is a must-try. It comes with a delicious orange jam for dipping, and it was really good!

While I haven't had any standout dishes that I would rave about, the waitstaff is friendly and the service is quick. We ordered takeout from the Hoffman Street location and were pleasantly surprised when they accepted our order just two minutes before the kitchen was set to close—truly exceptional service! I absolutely love their buffalo burger, and the stuffed mushrooms are fantastic as well, although they’ve been out of them lately. The service is great, and the prices are fair too. Plus, they have the excellent ranch dressing!

To make matters worse, my husband found HAIR in his food! It took our server ten minutes to come back to our table after serving us, and when we pointed out the hair, she didn’t apologize or address the situation; she simply asked if he wanted a new burger or something else. As someone who has worked as a bartender and server myself, with five generations of experience in the industry, I was appalled to see a guest treated this way.
