"I thought this restaurant would be a great steakhouse based on the number of cars we see there every weekend. The staff overall was courteous and friendly, except for our server. She never smiled, didn't explain the menu or food preparation, and when asked how the ribs were prepared, she sarcastically replied "In the oven." It was clear she didn't want to be there and seemed unaware she was in the service industry. As for the food, it seems overpriced for the quality. I expected higher quality for my $35 meal than what resembled a country diner. There were three of us in our party, each ordering a steak - two medium rare and one medium well - but all three came out rare. Very disappointing. I would rather spend a few more dollars at The Ranch in Anaheim for better service and quality."
