"The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly. If you speak Portuguese or are ordering a dish without any adjustments, it should be fine. However, I have a dairy allergy and didn't feel confident that they knew what I was asking for. The acai was scooped out of a tub, which seemed to be a common practice at many places now. It was served frozen and too cold to eat right away. They poured a large amount of honey on top from a huge container, making it overly sweet. The iced coffee, while pre-made like most places, was strong yet smooth. I would consider returning for a coffee and possibly to do some work."

"Love the simplicity of the subs. Taste delish. To offer constructive criticism, the menu is kinda confusing. The top says all subs include x,y,z,. But then if you order a turkey sub, it comes with different stuff. No biggie, the one time I was missing pickle I knew to never make that mistake again"

"Food was unflavorful, hash browns were burnt, and stale tasting. The customer service was horrible. I called my order in and when I arrived both waitress looked at me several times, kept me waiting 10mins and didn 't greet me at all, I was asked did I have an order, when she went to get it she was gone for another several minutes. I didnt get a thank you or anything. Very weird environment. I called back to let them know my food was burnt and was asked well what do you want us to do? I definitely feel like there is a specific type of people that 's ALLOWED There.. If you know what I mean. I would not recommend to an enemy."

"This place is a mess. The pizza is terrible. I order bbq pizza and buffalo pizza the cheese was very thick. When I tried to take it back he got upset because I told him I wanted my money back for everything including the drinks. He would not give me my money back for the drinks. They have really terrible customer service. If I could leave no stars I would not."

"Tony's Pizza Pasta, no doubt this is an awesome place. They have gone down hill since covid, lack of staff, lack of customers. Especially since they removed the salad bar and the rolls before dinner. I really loved this place but it's not what it use to be, the food doesn't seem as great anymore, it's just not the same. I would recommend a better place to eat at than Tony's. I suggests to Tony's do something to get business back, do a promotion or an event to get more people. It's also out of date, the inside could use a big remodel. Otherwise, I really love the place."

"So after posting my first review on a different account, the owner calls me. She wasn’t happy about my review so she thought it was a good idea to call me a day later and tell me to listen to her!! I did not! This was the first time I ordered here and it has been the worst experience ordering food I ever had! "I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"**To the Wonderful Bartender:** I just had a pickup order and wanted to say how much I appreciate the amazing staff! I went in with an extra $5 to tip you along with the $10 for my cheeseburger meal (which is around $8), but I forgot all about it. I feel terrible! The entrance doors are so cramped that I ended up knocking my leg and cutting it as I walked in. I was bleeding onto my white compression sock ( I was wearing shorts, so it was quite the sight). I got so distracted by the cut that I completely forgot about the tip and even took my change like a fool. I know that takeout is different, and one small cheeseburger doesn’t usually come with a $5 tip, but I had planned to give it because I really love the staff there. Unfortunately, the distraction from the injury, and the lack of space to hold everything while exiting led to me missing the chance to show my appreciation. I recognize that the bar has been around for ages and that the doors can be tricky. I’ve always had issues with them, but today was especially clumsy for me. Regardless, the staff absolutely deserves a five-star review for being fantastic and incredibly friendly. I’m really sorry about not tipping you, wonderful staff!"

"Great service and food! Large portions for great prices!! Salsa and warm refried beans served with chips as a starter. They offer Mexican glass bottled cokes (real cane sugar) or fountain sodas. Fresh guacamole. TV's, and plenty of space. Lots of booths and tables. We've come here for years and are always greeted with a smile. "While the pizza here was fabulous, the service was incredibly poor the night we went. We sat for over 25 minutes waiting for a server to come to our table despite telling three different employees that we had not been served yet. Another server finally came to help. We started by ordering a beer and were told that our real server would bring us the drinks. Then there seemed to be confusion about who could pour my beer as the server was underage, so another 20 minutes before that arrived. It was a good thing we weren’t in a hurry, as the entire dining experience took over 2 hours! And we didn’t even order an appetizer or dessert! On the positive side, I hope this was an anomaly. The pizza was great. The atmosphere was really nice. And the servers were kind."

"We began our meal with a Caesar salad and their fantastic garlic bread, both of which were perfect. However, when our main course arrived, we ordered the enormous meatball with pasta to share. Sadly, both the pasta and the meatball were excessively salty, making our dinner nearly inedible. At first, I wondered if it was just my taste buds, but even my partner, a fan of salt, could barely eat a few bites. I noticed a young woman at the table behind us who had ordered the same dish and was also struggling, so I leaned over to ask her if it was too salty. Her expression said it all. We were both relieved to find out we weren’t alone in our salty nightmare. To describe the meatball as dense as Tahoe's snow fog would be an affront to snow fog itself. Even with a knife, cutting through it felt like trying to saw through a thick branch. By that point, we knew there was nothing left to do but ask for a doggy bag and the check. We typically don’t complain about our food; we just choose not to return. We were simply looking for spaghetti and an enormous meatball, but it became clear that the pre-made sauce and the hand-formed meatball were all equally salty. I gave the experience two stars mainly because the waitstaff were incredibly sweet and our server was exceptional—she truly deserved a five-star rating. As for the food, I would rate it a minus three. In the end, it all balanced out since our two dogs didn’t mind the saltiness and treated it like their special night out. We even stopped for ice cream on the way home—just not the salted caramel!"
