"This restaurant is simply appalling and deserves to be shut down by health authorities. I witnessed the cook—if that's what they want to call this person—pick up a steak that had fallen on the floor and put it directly on the grill. The service was incredibly slow, and the delivery driver, who had an odd appearance, smelled strongly of alcohol as he moved between our table and the kitchen. It was an absolute tragedy. This is, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I've ever had. The staff is unprofessional, and the food is horrendous."

After I placed an online order for a later pick up I had to change it and pick up right away they accommodated with no issue whatsoever and were super nice about it.Our special request (light sauce was accounted for and the pizza was made perfectly!Price is super reasonable and if you sign up and order online you get a discount!Highly recommended! : Dietary restrictions: They have a great gluten free pizza dough!(Not sure how sterile it is but it’s super tasty! "THIS WAS A 5 place a 1.5 Yrs ago! My GO TO FOR EVERYTHING!!! Now since there’s been NEW OWNERS it’s TERRIBLE!! Idk what is going on but if let’s say a person of India is going to invest in a take out place, then why would you choose italian style take out, UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH IT of course. Which sadly these people Do not Have! Ive tried multiple times to Understand and support them in their dreams of running a successful BUSINESS and having the American dream, but with little success. The straw that broke my back was when I ordered my go2 chicken cutlet calzone, I ordered it as usual, was eating it as I felt a hair in my mouth, I went to pull it PRAYING it was just mozzarella cheese, but no, a long blondish hair came out still attached to the chess and chicken I was chewing, THE HAIR WAS BAKED INTO THE CALZONE! It didn’t just fall on-top, it was in there!?? I also have short brown hair, Like VERY SHORT. When I called flipping out and asking WHY THE COOK DOESNT WEAR A HAIR NET, they put me on hold for 3-5 minutes then the owner picked up and said “Sorry sir, but we take all the necessary health code precautions here” that’s when I said “ LISTEN UP, I have a 8 inch long medium BLONDE hair in my hand right now, SO IF YOU HAVE A PERSON MAKING CALZONES WITH THE SAME HAIR, YOU BETTER APOLOGIZE AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR ILL HIRE THE BEST LAWYER ALIVE, Give him this hair to run a DNA TEST ON AND IF THIS PERSON EVER WORKED FOR YOU, I WILL OWN YOUR RESTAURANT! To which he pauses, then apologized and asked if I wanted a new calzone or money back? I said I want my money back and they can come get the calzone, minus the hair.They did not come but I got a refund a month later when I filed the complaint with my card.Had this man just apologized at first, I’d have been ok with it, Not order ever again but I can understand an employee not doing what they’re supposed to. But trying to turn it around on me when I told him the hair color and length, that I got me very upset! Especially with their price increase and charging for every little thing, EVEN MUSTARD ON MY PASTRAMI ONCE!! SMH. DONT BUY FROM THIS LONDIS, Idk about the rest!"

"During a work training in Wilmington, I had lunch that included pizza and salad. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the salad was enormous, packed with fresh vegetables. "My family I are big into House of Pizzas. We seek them out have been to dozens because we don’t like chains. While in Rockport my family wanted pizza so naturally we looked for their House of Pizza. I’m sorry, but this was the absolute worst pizza any of us have ever had. We got 3 different kinds everything about it was bland; the crust, sauce, toppings, even the cheese what minimal amount there was. I can only think to compare it to cafeteria or hospital food. My bottomless pit teenagers refused to eat it after trying 2 different slices. It was that bad. Do not recommend."

"Ordered take out for our first time here today. We had a pretty lengthy order with some specifics. First, our order was delivered earlier than expected. The driver was extremely courteous (even from behind a mask. He followed all of our delivery instructions. Every item that we ordered arrived as it should have, nothing missing. When we opened up the food we were very surprised to see the presentation we did. You could tell that everything was made with care, and not just sloppily thrown in boxes.. like a lot of places are doing these days. The food was really good, and perfectly hot. I don 't just mean your average pizza place kind of good, I 'm talking, I will be a regular customer moving forward. Sad to say, but to the other places I used to frequently order from, Until we merry meet again, my friend. Haha.. "I absolutely love this restaurant! I usually order through DoorDash, and the food always arrives warm and delicious. Their baked ziti with Alfredo sauce is incredible, and I also highly recommend the chicken tenders, subs, and mozzarella sticks. She knows she can’t eat at most places but thought it was worth asking. While on hold, she was met with a very rude response when someone finally answered, asking her what other allergies she had. She mentioned that she had a few and requested that they read her the ingredients for confirmation. The person on the other end—who I assume was the manager or owner—dismissively said, "I threw the box away; call somewhere else," and then hung up on her. It's disappointing to see such behavior in today’s world. As a suggestion for businesses, a simple response like, "I'm sorry, I don’t have the box, but thank you for your understanding," would suffice and likely leave the caller feeling appreciated."

"something has changed with this particular location. Please be careful when ordering for the execution, because lately they have done a bad job to ensure that all the items are in the pocket. also they have become very stiff with the portions. I received half a small carrot and two tablespoons of green bean and my rolls were missing. this happened to two successive paintings and when I complained, I was told that this was due to covid. Really? 2022? the manager took my name and said if I had a free lunch next time. I went in two weeks later they had no records about my name or I got a free meal, so I paid and after home no brot came. When I talked to the manager, she came to the phone and I told her the problem and she put me in the handle for twenty minutes. I got up and called back, and I got 15 left and she never came back to the phone. I only protect this place because my 86-year-old father likes her to eat. something has changed in the last months. Before these incidents happened, I would have given them four stars."

"The best nachos: I ordered nachos and put vegetarian, no meat please in the notes. I was worried because a lot of places it 's just meat and sad orange cheez goop. There were caramelized onions. Seasoned black beans. I think a mix of cheddar and othercheeses. Jalapeno. And broccoli? It might sound weird but I wanted something healthy... Well at least with some real veg andthis scratched that itch so good. These are like luxury nachos and I think they cost less than $10. My boyfriend got a BLT wrapand they toasted that wrap crispy.
