I ordered takeout this morning and Manager Ms. Sarah did an amazing job! Her customer service was outstanding and I am grateful for her extra effort to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. ~Mr. Michael

I haven't had delicious Bob Evans in a long time, the sausage has a honey glaze flavor that you won't forget! The food and customer service were excellent as usual. I had a great time and enjoyed my meal to the fullest. I will definitely be back.

I've met my sister and not to the breakfast. the service was great and the food was good. I ordered a western omlette with domestic pommes and apple juice. both my niece ordered the French toast meal that my teenage son also loves. you can never go wrong with bob evan. View menu

The first steak was over cooked and a completely different steak... the Mac n cheese was cold... They brought me back warm Mac n cheese and this raw steak which at first didn't even have the mushrooms and onions on it, they had to take it back and put it on before I cut into it . ?

I have been a fan of Bob Evans since my childhood in Ohio, and the food was just as tasty as I remembered. I appreciate the consistent quality, generous portion sizes, and affordable prices. Our server, Sarah, was fantastic and made sure our coffee and cappuccinos were always topped up. This was our first time dining inside a restaurant in two years, and we felt comfortable and safe throughout our meal.

I haven't been here since the pandemic so we thought it would be good to get out. Not a lot of people present and everything was good until our waitress showed up. My only description of the waitress is Hot Mess She looked like she just woke up, possibly on something other than over the counter medicine ?, and had no mask on. My wife had hair in her coffee and had to send it back. My tea wasn't hot enough to melt my sugar. Everyone else had on a mask but the one that served us. we sat on a table with menu. it was about 10 minutes before the server came to take, are ordering that we are placed drink first then are eating. then we sat for another 10 minutes, then the foods first came out and had to ask if they were drinks. I'm sorry I forgot. She said she'd take her away right away. we waited for another 10 to 15 minutes for them a simple cup coffee and sweet tee. eating my wife was in order, but serving my little one. my steak was over boiled, I asked about med rare and I was given good. my wife and I were ready to eat when we drink. They open at 7 or 7 30am every time I have been here their bathrooms are disgusting toliets are not cleaned . I don't know if they don't clean at night and wait til the next day but obviously they not cleaning in the morning either.I told the waitress today March 1, 2022 a short female long black hair that I'm going to go because I have to use the rest room and can't because the bathroom is not clean she just said okay didn't offer to clean it or anything then went over to the black female that's behind the register told her and she laughed . Please be careful when ordering for the execution, because lately they have done a bad job to ensure that all the items are in the pocket. also they have become very stiff with the portions. I received half a small carrot and two tablespoons of green bean and my rolls were missing. this happened to two successive paintings and when I complained, I was told that this was due to covid. Really? 2022? the manager took my name and said if I had a free lunch next time.
