"We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service."

"First time here and really enjoyed ourselves! Buffalo wings were DAM GOOD!!!! Waffle was good too not overpowering with toppings and strawberries were FRESH! Caesar salad was large but very fresh and tasty! Everything was fresh. Waiters were very friendlyand helpful. We kind of stumbled into the lady who served us because the first waiter may not have wanted to. It worked outbecause our waiter was good and very attentive. Lastly I was not paying attention when paying my bill by card and intended onleaving a 10.00 tip but it totaled 16. The employee who rang us up immediately came into the parking lot searching for us. Notknowing why she was outside I honked and yes she wanted to alert me that I left a larger tip than I may have thought. I askedthe lady to leave it alone and give the waiter the entire tip. I truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism beyond wordsand would definitely recommend this place for good food and honest service!"

"Everything was fantastic! We were looking to try a new restaurant, and I craved seafood. Rappahannock exceeded our expectations. The scallops were the best I've had in ages. We also enjoyed mussels from the happy hour menu and a dozen oysters! I ordered the peach tea cocktail, which was perfect for a hot day. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place! "This is primarily a delivery operation with some seating. I’ve never had food delivered, either have carried out or eaten there.I can’t speak for most of their menu because I’ve only had their cheesesteak, fries and pizza. But I can say they’ve never disappointed. Food has always been fresh and hot. Service has been friendly, quick and helpful, and the place has been clean.Would I eat here again? "the restaurant was practically empty, but the door was opened before I came out, with a smile greeted by the host and for person. quickly shown on a table and taken my drink order. I was looking for one and when the drink appeared fast, the server did not expect me to be ready. I ordered the little sour bark. there was so much serious on the plate it was like a bowl suppe. that filled mine, because the flesh was so small, not like the pictures here that are probably not the little ones. the flesh was so tender that it was possible to cut it with a fork that should be. the flesh was tasteless. I come back because the problem with my meal was that I ordered the wrong size. I'll know the next time."

"We absolutely love our V3 family. They always know who I am even before I say anything I’m greeted by name!! The food is delicious and ALWAYS arrives hot and correct within 30-45 minutes of ordering (sometimes faster). The staff is amazing and friendly and they make you feel like they want your business. Our family orders about $80+ in food every time which is often and we have NEVER had a problem with our food being wrong or missing anything. The portions are extremely generous even the steak subs. Whereas most places lack in giving you your moneys worth you will definitely receive it with V3!!! I’m going to surely miss them when we move but will be stopping there to visit eat when we are in town.. I just wished we would’ve started ordering here sooner than we did!!"

"I started with the pork skewers with cheese sauce and then had the sour beef and dumplings for my main course. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The table agreed that the beef was delicious. The sour beef and sauce were excellent, although the dumplings could use some improvement. There was something off about the texture and consistency of the dumplings that I couldn't quite pinpoint. I would still order this dish again, but maybe swap out the dumplings for potatoes the next time."

"The new management has definitely turned this restaurant around ! Their food is absolutely delicious!! The amount of food we get for the price we pay is awesome . "The first surprise was the extensive menu. While it featured the usual Chinese American fare, we also found Thai, Vietnamese dishes, and a full sushi bar. How can one place offer such a wide variety while keeping the ingredients fresh? We played it safe and ordered Chicken Pad Thai, Egg Drop Soup, and Udon. To our astonishment, the food was prepared quickly, tasted great, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. Rice noodles can be difficult to get right, as they tend to dry out, but these were soft and elastic—quite impressive given the lack of customers. After some contemplation, we theorized that this restaurant might be functioning as a ghost kitchen for several food delivery apps. Every few minutes, a car would pull into the otherwise empty parking lot, quickly come in to grab a bag, and leave right after. This likely explains the vast menu selection, the fast service, and how they manage to keep such high-quality, fresh ingredients despite having few dine-in patrons. In summary, the food was surprisingly good, with fresh ingredients, despite the unassuming appearance. It appears to be a ghost kitchen for Asian restaurants available on delivery apps like UberEats in the Norwalk and Wilton area. If you have the chance, consider visiting in person!"

"The manager on duty was very helpful and was understanding of the situation and issue tonight. Unlike the these two little girls of Asian descent. They need to be retrained on customer service and humanity. Attitudes were terrible and rude and just disrespectful. Manager even had to check them while he handled the situation. "in the last few years we have eaten on Tuesday at 12.00 clock at michael 's. what can a person say about a restaurant that is consistently excellent? the personal, eating, the ambiente, 100% ass. whoever runs the restaurant really knows what they do. every thing at this restaurant is impressive from the well-trained and very competent wait staff to the hostesses to the cooking staff, the simple thing is that eating in this restaurant is the best in the opposite. we often eat, even at some of the higher priced restaurants further north in baltimore county, and I can tell them without hesitating that the preparation and quality of michael 's is better than any other restaurant in north county. we have become regular because of the concrete on quality. I think I have to sound like a michael 's cafe booster, but if a place is as consistently excellent as this place, they want to know somehow other and the excitement just comes out."
