"Great place to eat and good service too! I went there spur of the moment and was very pleased with the meal and the service! "The idea of this place is great! Applaud them for that! But sadly, execution or probably more like lack of demand for a fresh seafood and butchery in Waco? Have pretty much doomed it : Had prime ribeye steaks cut, They were very very tough. But the worst part was the fresh corn on the cob. When I opened it it smelled funky but I cooked it anyway. Totally inedible I imagine looked pleasing but like just totally rotten?Still don't like that they had NO coffee except by cup And wish I had gotten a picture of this swordfish. It was so pathetic. Tiny thin pieces. Absolutely zero resemblance to a hunk of fresh swordfish from New England.Needs 100% revamp? Half an aisle of flavored candy corn? And no coffee??I know, no one cares. I don't know why I'm wasting my breath :"

"I absolutely love this place! We travel all the way from Clearwater just for their fresh seafood! As a teacher, I was pleasantly surprised to find they were offering free chicken salad to teachers. One of the staff members, who works within the school system, explained that teachers often have just about 15 minutes for lunch after walking their students to lunch and taking care of other tasks like making copies or grading papers. So, he decided to provide something quick and easy for them! How thoughtful is that? Thank you, Land and Sea Market, for your appreciation!"

"Went there for lunch for me and two co-workers. I got a small taco salad plus sour cream. The menu on the website says $6.50. I go to pay and it’s $9.28?? I asked abt it and was told it’s bc of sour cream. Wow! I get back to work and no sour cream on any odors order yet we obviously paid for it. Called them to let them know and the response was “thanks for letting us know.” Very disappointing…"

"Was really hoping to love this place! We drove an hour from west Olympia to try it out. Had a party of 4. I hate dry meat so I made sure to ask if medium was an option. Friendly server said, sure, no problem . The burger came out way overcooked and very small. Had maybe 2 oz. of meat. So, $19 for a burger with cheese and mushrooms and a side of tasteless skillet potatoes and it was tiny, dry and tasteless! Same for the others in our party. The order taker/cook/server/bottle washer was very friendly. No issue with service at all. Won 't be back!"
