I've ordered the 8oz barrel cut center tenderloin twice, and both times I've received pieces that varied in weight from 5oz to 10oz, with the last one even being slightly larger than expected. I was really looking forward to this place based on recommendations from friends, but I'm disappointed to find that much of their meat seems to be frozen rather than fresh.

The market used to be a destination for us. A couple of years ago, we happened upon the BBQ restaurant they were just opening and had a fantastic cafeteria style meal.Drove up today and complete disappointment. The market has a fraction of the merchandise and selection they used to have. The meat was fine but I have Aldi around the corner from my house where they have good prices and good meat. The BBQ only has sandwiches. Sandwiches.
