"Hello Jamba Juice! I hope all is well. I just wanted to share that Jamba Juice is a fantastic and refreshing spot to grab a drink. I haven't tried the food yet, but it looks delicious, and I plan to give it a shot soon. The service is exceptional, and the staff is amazing. There’s a nice young man there, I think his name is Julien—I'm not completely certain, but he's a tall white guy with short curly hair. He is really friendly and a joy to interact with. "Came in today and noticed a lot of new faces and maybe a little bit of hope for a better service than before. Ordered smoothies and pretzels for the family. With tip. It cost about $60. As we wait. I noticed most orders that was done after us has been passing us until the place is almost empty. I finally went to the counter and noticed that our order is done... all of it, but it was just sitting there. The lady was about to give an order to another customer that is about to pass us again while our order is ready. I pointed out that our order is ready and she looked at it and asked if that's my name on the order. I acknowledged her and she looked over and saw all the pretzels sitting by the warmer. She asked the cashier to hand it over to her, which is about 2 to 3 steps away from her. So we finally got our order. NOT impressed with this new crew. So not much changed. It wasn't busy when we got there. There were few that came in after us which most of them got their orders completed before us. Jamba Juice in Vacaville by the outlet does so much better. If there is a next time, I will definitely skip the tip, because you don't how the service will be after you pay. Sorry, but not really."

"I had a mixed experience at this Jamba location. Overall, the smoothies and bowls are tasty, and the customer service is decent. There typically seems to be only one employee working, which can lead to varying wait times. My worst experiences have involved waiting a long time to use my Jamba rewards, only to encounter further delays because the employee wants to take a picture of their creation. On the other hand, my best experiences have been quick and delicious, with me in and out and the taste being perfect! While I’ve tried to avoid this place in the past, I must say it’s a solid Jamba spot."

"I visited the restaurant with a friend, and we were attended to by a young worker who seemed quite unhappy to see us. His demeanor suggested he was judging me based on my appearance, which felt like a form of racism. Despite my attempts to be polite, his attitude only worsened. I enjoy Jamba Juice and spend around $300 a month there, which adds up to roughly $3,600 a year. If I were the owner, I would consider him a liability and would let him go, as he does not fit the establishment. I'll find out his name and provide an update later. I even had a professional illustrate my experience, which captures it perfectly."
