Have not been here in a while! Love the juices- Green

Not bad! Stopped here on Easter so it was a bit understaffed. Good drink and friendly people. Price was okay.

Just got the Jamba app so got 50 percent off my first drink!! Juice is great but wish they had less sweet options. Drinks are expensive but good quality

The staff was friendly, and the drinks were good. However, this Jamba Juice needs serious work. The floor tiles are dingy and dirty. The baseboards are held in with rusting screws, or they are separating from the walls. There's dirt all over the base of the restroom door, which shows they have been mopping with dirty water. Time for a refresh.

This was my first visit to Jamba. I ordered their Impossible sandwich which is imitation sausage. After heating the sandwich in the microwave the cashier packaged the sandwich in aluminum foil with his bare hands. This is the cashier who handles cash from customers. It was unsanitary and gross.I took the sandwich to my car and then threw it away. I will never again go to Jamba. View menu

This location is disgusting, dont go to the bathrooms. There is p all over. The floors are dirty. The counter tops have left over food particles and powders everywhere. Not to mention dirty dishes. This place is a mess. My order tasted good, but honestly, I won't be returning again. I've been there before, but never has it been like this. Seems the ownership must have changed and is allowing this to take place. Probably won't be long before someone gets sick.

We were in the area and wanted to try their new seasonal flavors, but that turned out to be a mistake. The service was awful! The staff couldn’t hear us and kept saying "what," not listening at all. It took them three attempts to make just one Pumpkin Smash smoothie, and when we finally got it, it tasted terrible. They didn't seem to care at all! The customer service was non-existent and there was a complete lack of work ethic. On a positive note, Lake Forest has the best Jamba Juice locations on El Toro and our favorite one is on Portola!

I visited the restaurant with a friend, and we were attended to by a young worker who seemed quite unhappy to see us. His demeanor suggested he was judging me based on my appearance, which felt like a form of racism. Despite my attempts to be polite, his attitude only worsened. I enjoy Jamba Juice and spend around $300 a month there, which adds up to roughly $3,600 a year. If I were the owner, I would consider him a liability and would let him go, as he does not fit the establishment. I'll find out his name and provide an update later.
