"After spending a full afternoon shopping nearby, this restaurant is always a good place to stop when time is short and everyone is hungry. The owners have done a great job updating the tired and worn look of the restaurant. The menus were laminated so staff could easily clean them between customers. The pancakes were tender, but there were no flavored syrups on the table. It would be helpful to have more light after dark to see the building and turn in from Virginia Ave. The staff are always smiling, friendly, and accommodating."

"Food was ok. Service was good. However, when I got check I noticed I was charged two sales tax. I was taxed 10% on total food cost and another 20% on that total. When I asked why I was being taxed twice I was informed 20% tax was for gratuity. I’m pretty sure State law states any fees and surcharges must be clearly listed before customers dine in or order to go and must be listed as gratuity or service fee on customer bill. Not sure why gratuity was listed as a second sales tax on bill and why this automatic gratuity policy wasn’t displayed anywhere or why we weren’t informed of added gratuity when check was provided to us? My advice check your bill to check if tip has already been included with total."

"The pancake combo was great but the cheesecake pancakes tasted slightly off from what I remember. My little sister described it best as it having a similar taste to Enfamil powder baby formula. Besides that, the rest of the meal was great. I regret not trying the tres Leche and vanilla instead now. Surprised by the plant based sausage. I would go so far as to say I'd get it again considering I need some kinda meat with every meal. The hash browns were on point and the eggs were prefect with cheese for over easy. As far as atmosphere, it was a typical busy IHOP with all seats packed to the brim as expected on a Sunday."

"The strawberry New York cheesecake my husband got was amazing with the small pieces of cheesecake in them. He was happy. He also had Hash Browns and was pleased to see when he asked for cheese on them, they loaded the cheese. They were cheesey. My Cinna Stix pancakes should die. The best pancakes I consecrated. They even had cinnamon filling between pancakes and not just all the glaze above. I was impressed how much the cinnamon glaze used it and really didn't need a syrup. As for the interior of the place. The wood on the chairs is carved and peeled, and they used napkins to even get out of the table. It was clean. You can't help, it probably just needs a remodel. Hit my waitress Amy Lou. She was attentive, but not disturbing. She was very kind. I didn't even feel she was floating or angry. Our table never felt abandoned, and it always ensured that our drinks were filled when we wanted them. The whole staff seemed friendly and friendly to any customer who went in the door. They all had smiles on their faces and even if they didn't really enjoy their job, you couldn't tell about the smiles and friendly behavior."

"This was our first visit to the restaurant. Our waitress was friendly, but unfortunately, everything we were served was cold. My coffee was ice cold, so I politely requested a fresh cup. She brought a new pitcher, but it was still cold. We ended up waiting an hour for our food after placing our order. When my French toast, eggs, and bacon finally arrived, they were also cold, as if they had been sitting out for at least 20 minutes. When the waitress came back to check on us, I mentioned that our dishes were cold. At that point, she asked if I wanted them microwaved. Unfortunately, we have decided not to return."

"My husband and I found Blueberry Hill Cafe in 2017 during one of his work trips to the area. We've dined there several times, especially when family came to visit. We stopped by again yesterday, and the food was just as abundant and delicious as we remembered. I had the chicken salad sandwich along with the cream of cheeseburger soup. We enjoyed the soup so much that we had to take a quart home with us! Our server from Orlando was incredibly quick and friendly. I highly recommend this lovely restaurant — just make sure you're hungry!"

"I visited on a Sunday at opening and was seated immediately. I have deducted two stars because the service was basically nonexistent. The server came up to our table about 15 minutes after we had been seated and brought water. We placed an order for drinks and were given the wrong beverages and had to go up to the bar ourselves to get the correct drinks because the server hadn’t returned to check in. Quite awhile later the server came and took our food order. The food and drinks were enjoyable. The chocolate shop seemed to be lacking in inventory and didn’t have many options to choose from."

"If you're on vacation and your kids want IHOP, avoid this place. We were initially happy to find it wasn't too busy, but then nobody greeted us when we entered. The server saw us but didn't acknowledge us. A few customers, including us, waited for 10 minutes before anyone came. The manager finally came after 15 minutes, without apologizing or welcoming us. She seemed terrible and rude. Fortunately, our server Joshua was amazing and attentive. However, the manager was nowhere to be seen after we were seated. The atmosphere seemed dull and the employees appeared unmotivated. I will never return here again. I'd rather go to Bob Evans down the road."

"I have been eating at this IHOP with my friends and family since it opened. Friday, I witnessed something that I just can't put out of my mind. I am ashamed of myself for sitting there and allowing this to happen.There was this male waiter who was yelling at a waitress, my waitress. His behavior was out of control. He was following her around, yelling and cussing at her. It was ridiculous. I don't know where the manager was, but something needed to be done. I am ashamed that I did not intervene. This waitress kept trying to walk away from him and he kept aggressively pursuing her. This gal was doing her best to do her job, and was even trying to help the other servers by cleaning tables, not just her own, so that customers could be seated. This waiter wouldn't let up. He kept pursuing her and causing a very uncomfortable scene.I have had this waitress several times previously. She is always friendly, hard working, and does a great job. No matter what he may have been upset about, she did not deserve the wrath he was subjecting her (and the rest of us) to.Eating out these days is expensive and people want to relax and enjoy the experience, even if it's just pancakes. We do not want to spend our hard earned money in a place where the workers are screaming at their coworkers.It will be a while before I choose to visit this IHOP again, but if I do, I will REFUSE to have this abusive, poor excuse for a man as my server! And I will NOT be a bystander in this again. Next time, I will call the police AND I will walk back to the kitchen and find the manager myself to come out and get his employee under control.The two stars goes to the waitress...actually, she gets 5 stars, but that abusive, stalking, maniac gets negative stars and, in my not-so humble opinion, he should be fired. My apologies to my waitress for my part in just sitting there and allowing it to happen. Clearly, someone should have done something. I don't remember the waiter's name. I believe it began with a J...Joe or John, maybe Jeff? Not sure, but in my mind his name begins with an A and ends in Hole!"

"My daughter and I recently had breakfast at Barnside Diner for the first time. I was incredibly impressed by the service and food preparation. The portions were generous, and our omelettes (feta and garden) were delicious and fresh. I particularly liked that the omelettes were not folded but instead laid on top of the fillings, which kept them fresh and flavorful. Five stars from me! I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share about our positive experience. The manager, Helen, was very friendly and accommodating."

"this was the worst ihop experience i have ever had in my life. i’m swearing off ihop for at least 3 months due to this. my boyfriend ordered avocado toast with bacon and eggs (which were charged extra as separate sides rather than coming with the meal) and was given stale bread with sliced unseasoned avocado on top that was clearly rotten. it had black spots that he had to pick out. i ordered eggs benedict which is my favorite breakfast food and the ham tasted so old and funky that i couldn’t even eat it. the food tasted like cigarettes. the eggs were watery and bland and just gross. by the end of our meal we wanted to leave so bad that we didn’t even dispute the overcharged bacon and eggs. this ruined my day. do better, ihop."

"I'm a bit iffy on this place, but my wife loves their tacos. The people are kind, the place is safe and cozy, being there is pleasant. The food feels very expensive for what you get, and even the pastries aren't very good in my opinion. It just feels more like you're sitting in a cleverly disguised Denny's, not a quaint little cafe.I got eggs one day and they felt like you got them out of a carton, though if they really were or not I can't say, the almond croissant was... very dry.Again though, my wife loves their tacos and insists that they don't overload you with food either, which I admit is a plus. I just wish the price reflected this.This place is ok, I'm just not too much of a fan.Our table was under the red umbrella outside so the pictures have a bit of a red tint."

"wonderful! my wife and I ended a date close, and yiayia showed on Google cards as an outside seat. there is a series of tables front, shaded by the overhang and well through the walkway. Note that the menu some of when the photos are published on the reviews. her current menu is on her website and still has many variety. my wife slept with the patty and I had the jalapenoburger. the jalapeno was fresh, not picked. we both chose the egg limonz soup, which is good and not strongly salted, and the fruit that was sweet and served in a generous part. waiting them personal is very friendly, and the manager makes regular rounds to ensure that customers have what they need. we will definitely be back, and will recommend friends."

"Highly recommend this restaurant! Despite its small size, we were seated promptly. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. "I ordered the bacon cheeseburger which is NOT one of the meals Keys is known for. It was clearly obvious it was not. Fairly small burger with a meager presentation and unimpressive in all other ways including taste and portions. My friends were also a little let down with their meals as well. The Philly cheesesteak was bland. The omelets were advertised as being the largest in Minnesota on the menu but were disappointingly normal sized. I know there are many other outstanding meals at Keys. They have a great reputation for their bakery foods but my meal and the meals of my friends was average to sub par. The service, on the other hand, was good and the ambiance was great. Please take the reviews from others into consideration but my review accurately reflects my experience."

"the food was average. the amount of butter that she put on the pancake was unhealthy. the food was sent back to remove butter. the service was slow. the waitress seemed to be under the influence of something. her uniform and look was not satisfactory at all. she was seen three times to take our order, to give us our drinks and to give us the leak. "Service was amazing, Katelyn is a fantastic server. Atmosphere was good, 4 stars because the cooks in the kitchen were so loud throughout our dinner service- much louder than the music playing, even louder than my three young children. 3 stars for food because everything was perfect except for some burnt bacon and toppings. I do NOT recommend the mixed berries topping!! Where's the berries?? I've included pic of my French toast and spouses waffle, and menu pic showing what the topping SHOULD be like. Once again, please don't advertise berries if you aren't going to serve any. Katelyn asked the cook for some berries and cook loudly scoffed and sent out a small bowl of more sauce. Once again, Where's the berries??!!"
