"We only had a few pieces of food that were burnt and we didn’t eat it. It was worse than “well done” we paid for the dinner special of $39 and it was worth it for the amount of meat still available to us. Although another issue we had was that we had to wait for more meat options to come out since there wasn’t a lot of servers. We hope to go back and have a different experience."

"First of all, the woman who seats people is not friendly, the menu cards are all mixed up, they sat my husband and I at a table in the middle and we were the first of 3 pairs of 2 people behind us, I told her The woman could move us to another table that is next to the wall and said no because there are a lot of people! Our surprise was that he seated a parent of 2 in the place I asked for, and to top it off he began to take the order from the teacher who arrived after us! Furthermore, when he put the cutlery almost on top of my hands, he put it without politeness, he didn't even ask for permission, what a horrible, very bad restaurant, even if they gave me the food, I wouldn't go back in there, what a bad experience! "Let's get straight to the point: if you don't enjoy your job, perhaps it's time to consider a different one. Yesterday, my friend and I visited this frozen yogurt shop, and my friend's experience was far from pleasant. She requested a specific flavor of frozen yogurt, but the staff repeatedly got her order wrong. Despite her polite demeanor when asking for a correction, she was met with a cold stare and unwelcoming glares from the employee. Throughout the interaction, the worker was not only rude but also seemed indifferent, hastily piling toppings onto the yogurt without addressing any of my friend's questions. The customer service was abysmal, and it's clear that we're not the only ones who have had a negative experience here. If you dislike your job, it's best to seek employment elsewhere."

"So I went in the other day and as I was ordering I saw the two tip jars they had up front. One said Team Avengers and the other one said Team X-Men . All I asked the cashier was are you team avengers or team x-men? And she said oh Im team DC and I said oh nice. Yeah I like DC better . I paid and she gave me my change and receipt so I go to sit down and wait for my drink and I can literally hear the cashier saying I hate it when people start talking to me, like I don 't want to talk to anybody, just order and go . And mind you there 's no wall or anything so you can hear her loud and clear. I was just like wtf . I definitely thought it was rude. Like at least wait for the customer to leave before you start talking about them lol smh. It 's always young girls that I see working up front. They should hire people with more intelligence and customer service experience. I have not been back ever since."

"I had an “ok” experience. On the positive side, The atmosphere was also enjoyable, with vibrant decor and an upbeat ambiance. the staff member was friendly and welcoming. I wish she would have been more helpful in explaining the menu options and making recommendations based on my preferences. Instead I had to find out the hard way that ordering a substitution of sugar for garlic powder was going cost me $2! That’s just crazy. She also didn’t recommend their program which would have gotten me a free topping given it’s our first time here. The taste of the taro and milk tea I ordered were delicious and refreshing. prices seemed average."

"I ordered grilled pork spring rolls at 1:30 PM on a Monday and was pleased to see that the restaurant was moderately busy, which meant I didn't have to wait long. The pork was perfectly seasoned, and the cooking was excellent. The fresh rice paper was generously filled with vermicelli, pork, and basil, which really enhanced the flavors. The fish sauce added a tangy kick that brought everything together nicely. It might have benefited from some carrot strips, but overall, it was a great post-workout snack. I will definitely be back!"

"This is a nice place to get some unique drinks! We ordered: a coffee drink, fruity JCB, lavender oat matcha (seasonal), a chocolate cookie and a matcha strawberry cookie. JCB stands for Jasmine Cold Brew.I had the fruity JCB and you could taste the jasmine which is nice because sometimes with fruit teas, the base tea flavor gets lost. So it tasted like jasmine tea plus some fruit flavors. I believe it was strawberry and mango, but I may remember incorrectly. It was refreshing.My sister had the lavender oat matcha, and you could really taste the lavender and matcha. So if you like both of those, you'll like this drink.The baristas were very friendly and informative. They offered to warm the cookies for us, and I recommend it! They came out soft and warm. The chocolate one is a chocolate lover's dream. It has chocolate all throughout; it's not just chocolate chips. The matcha strawberry was also soft. The strawberry flavor was stronger than the matcha.It was definitely worthwhile to stop here and get some drinks!"
