"I wish there was a way to put negative stars. The best thing about the place was the music, but it was so loud our waiter was yelling to get our order. After waiting 45 minutes and only getting coffee (no cream or sugar), we got up to leave. The waiter assured us our food was coming out next. We decided to stay; BIG MISTAKE. What we did get showed up cold, inedible and one of the dishes had hair! Our starter arrived WITH the rest of food: scones no butter, no apricot preserves as advertised and they arrived frozen. An order of pancakes were more like crepes: flat, and chewy. Three of the side dishes NEVER arrived. The space itself was nice albeit small. We always try new local places. We had high hopes given their amazing menu, but NEVER AGAIN!! Inattentive service, unbelievably long wait, inedible cold food: You're better off at Village Inn or IHOP."
