"I've ordered delivery a few times from Cambridge Pizza, and while some have been good food delivered in a reasonable time, it's been very hit and miss. Today was a miss bad enough I think I'm going to stop ordering, despite my limited other options open that late. The wait time, while long, wasn't really an issue for me. What was an issue was that my food arrived in very poor condition. The wrap, which is made with sauce and wet ingredients, had been sliced in half through the foil wrapper, then wrapped up, so the entire tortilla was soggy and covered in oil and some filling, and there were pieces of foil inside the two halves of the wrap that I had to pick out. My Cheesy Garlic bread, meanwhile, had not spent enough time in the oven; the cheese had only partially melted, and the bread was still very underbaked soft, squishy, and doughy. Another problem for me is that there is no way to contact them via text. Contact Us just lists their address, and while they have a phone number, that's just for ordering, and I see no point in calling to complain to the person who didn't care enough to make the food properly in the first place.
