"Best rounds, excellent squares as well! This is in my old nabe and I still go back once in a while. Top-notch veal parm and chicken parm heroes! Also has monthly coupons you can get by E-mail."

"I found the salmon completely inedible, and the mixed vegetables tasted like they had been frozen and only lightly heated. When I mentioned this to a staff member, she claimed the salmon tasted fine, but that wasn’t the case at all. The fish had such a strong odor that it seemed likely it was spoiled, and it was left untouched. It's unfair for servers to handle complaints about such serious issues; a manager should have come to address the situation. Additionally, the table behind us was also unhappy with their meal. In retrospect, we should have taken their reaction as a warning, which is why I felt it was important to share my experience with others. I won’t be returning."

"PLEASE BRING YOUR HAPPY HOUR SPECIALS BACK! They used to have the most amazing happy hour specials on drinks and paellas pre-Covid. We’ve been hoping they add it back so we can come more often and still hoping they do (from what the servers say they gotta get paid which is understandable but regardless, their paellas are the best thing ever…better than the ones we tried all over Barcelona We get the seafood one everytime we go and it’s the first thing we do before being seated lol (it takes 45 mins and worth it! My husband and I share a small and last time we were there got the medium for us and his parents which was perfect for 4. We get the sangrias to pair (again..can’t say enough about how much I’d like their happy hour specials back ::wink wink:: "

"I'm not convinced by these reviews. If this is the best pizza New York City has to offer, it's quite a letdown. After trying pizza at various well-known places in several major cities, I would rank them as follows: 1st Place: Boston, 2nd Place: Chicago, 3rd Place: NYC, 4th Place: Los Angeles, and 5th Place: Miami. As for Il Mattone, it's just a counter-service pizza spot, and not much more than that. The pizza appeared to have been sitting out in the counter window for quite a while. While they do reheat it in their ovens, which is a plus, I can't say it was the most flavorful or the best pizza I've had. It's decent, but not something I'd be excited to recommend."

"What a pleasant surprise in the heart of Tosa. Travelled out from Nashotah where the dining scene has hit a brick wall for the most part. Booked early reservation on New Years Eve and started at the bar with one of the best specialty old fashion's (Wisconsin Maple) of my life! The four of us had appetizer (bacon rapped dates) which were universally delish and clean plate club salads (highly recommend crunch salad). I had the pork chops which were very good, for me next time I would leave the sauce off or on the side as there was a lot already going on on the plate. From the front door to the back staff were courteous and attentive."

"This was my third visit to the restaurant, as my first two dinners were fantastic, along with the excellent service. However, I was disappointed with my meal this time. I ordered the grouper, and unfortunately, the fish was tough and dry, so I had to send it back. On a positive note, the server was very courteous; she offered to warm up my date's meal while we waited for a new entrée. Additionally, she brought us a complimentary drink and dessert to share. Despite this experience, I would consider giving the restaurant another chance since our first two visits were so enjoyable."

"I've been coming here wooo for a good amount of years, I am from Queens and when I want authentic Italian food I come here why multiple reasons one of them it's their food. I am always trying something new and they never seem to disappoint me! It's crazy I live in Queens and come this far to have a slice, lasagna or anything different today I went in and had a Philly cheese steak, it was delicious but not like the Philly cheese steak sandwiches from Philly lol. But over all I'll have it again it was delicious hands down.If you're in town, check them out right off the the LIR North Station Plaza in Great Neck. It's better than Gino's thats for sure!!! Kid-friendliness: It's very family oriented"

"This restaurant provides an outstanding takeout experience for lunch. With prices ranging from $20 to $30 per person, the quality of the food is exceptional, deserving a perfect five-star rating. The service is equally impressive, also receiving five stars for its promptness and friendliness. Additionally, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it an excellent choice for a meal. I highly recommend trying the Taco de Barbacoa, Burrito, Tortas, and Pollo en Mole Poblano – each dish is absolutely fantastic!"

"My first time here, and I'm hooked. I purchased fresh tortellini for a simple soup, and it was perfect. The texture of the dough was exactly what you want against broth or sauce. But, the rest of the market was excellent. Harder to find Italian products like Calabrian Chilis, a great cheese counter, and a bunch of other wonderful products! I did a video walk through with the employees permission, it's on my IG if you would want to check it out. @2Wheels_NYC"

"I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered a dish with pork, and they refused to remake it when there was an issue. It was a disappointing experience overall—what I received was basically a bowl of grease. There are so many better restaurants with much better customer service. It's clear why many people in the neighborhood choose not to eat here. I should have taken it as a warning when I had to approach a staff member who was sitting down eating to place my order. It seemed like her meal was more important than mine."

"Food was fantastic! Restaurant was also nice itself. Service was meh. We went this last Sunday a group of four of us and when we told our server about the **** Mary being watered down and tasting bad he had no response. We ended up getting mimosas instead which tasted good. Also the food runner who refilled our friends ice-t used the same glass and we watched him take the rim of the glass that my friend had drank out of to dip right into the ice cooler. We were also immediately greeted with: “just a friendly reminder there is a 90 minute wait limit” even though there was just about no one in the restaurant. We all understand there is the 25 occupancy rule at the moment but as a former restaurant worker of several years the customer service was off and didn’t make for an overall great first experience. Hope to come back for dinner for a more memorable experience."

"First thing you notice when you walk in is that Brothers in Wakefield is very clean and orderly. Immediate friendly greeting from the staff and all three orders were cooked perfectly in a very timely fashion. The person working the cash register was very friendly and attentive. All of the food was an example of why brothers is often touted as the place to go for breakfast in the area. The chocolate chip pancakes are fantastic and they cook the sausage so that the outside is a little crispy but still juicy on the inside. A lot of places with bottomless coffee have noticeably subpar coffee, but that is not the case at this location. The coffee was fresh made and high-quality. The staff checked to make sure everything was good with our meals and didn’t interrupt any conversations while doing so. And the staff was just as friendly in wishing us farewell and thanking us for our business on the way out as they were when we were walking in. Very impressed. 10 /10 would recommend."

"I feel rude saying this, as I?m not typically a person who complains or brings up stuff like this, but this was almost certainly the worst pizza I?ve ever had in my life. I literally thought I had COVID again or something, because I couldn?t taste thepizza. And I?m not exaggerating. It just had no flavor. None. And it was a SUPREME. The crust was flavorless, the sauce wasflavorless. I even pulled off a pepperoni and ate that by itself because I was thinking, ?surely a pepperoni cannot beflavorless,? but it WAS. To their credit, we also ordered spicy bbq boneless wings, and those were quite good. The fries werefine. Not good, but edible. I am a person who will eat damn near anything, and I can honestly say that most of the pizza willlikely get thrown away. I did put it in the fridge in case I want to give the leftovers another try, but I just can?t see ithappening. It was that bad. Almost impressive, honestly. Like?was there a secret contest going on to see who could be first tomake a completely bland pizza? I really can?t see how this could be the recipe you settled on otherwise. Truly baffling. (I wentwith two stars here rather than one because, as I said, the boneless wings were quite good, and the portion size was huge. Butthe pizza?yeesh."

"I was aware that they had live music in the evenings. The combination of great tunes and delicious food made for an enjoyable experience. The simple spaghetti and meatballs were very flavorful, and the eggplant rollatini was also quite tasty. I will definitely return. It was well worth the cost for the night."

"The food was good. The veggie of the day was supposed to be asparagus but when delivered the waitress advised me it had been changed and presented me with a mix of shredded zucchini, carrots, kale on the stem (who leaves it on the stem! mixed in a yummy olive oil seasoned sauce. It was yummy (except the kale on the stem) but I would have liked to have had the option to change to a potatoe. My steak was served on a hot plate that kept cooking the darn thing so I transferred it to one of the small plates they give you for garlic bread. They had a wonderful drink menu (top shelf the Old Fashion). I also like a sprinkle of cheese on my salad. The pasta is not homemade which is a bit disappointing when you are going to an Italian based eatery. The atmosphere was good, service was good but I'm jealous that the other waitress talked about specials, etc., Ours didn't. I'd go back but wouldn't order the strip again. It was kinda bland."

"This has been one of our favorite restaurants for years. This time we were there for breakfast with the whole family of 9 including 3 generations and it was super special! The food was delicious, and the service makes you feel like royalty! It's a very relaxing but beautiful place to share special moments. The Greek Omelet is always a favorite but everything on Eleni's extensive menu is outstanding! And they have best coffee anywhere! 100 stars!!!"

"this restaurant is not to be found. everything on the menu is fresh has made aromas like they never taste somewhere else. the owner chef antonio, is friendly to every table to say hi chat a bit. he can prepare some menu items table page. they feel like in a restaurant in italia. the restaurant is nicely quiet so that they can have a nice conversation with their dinner guests. no loud music or singer, thank you quality. music filtered in a low volume. this restaurant, by far, is the star of the most delicious Italian cuisine."
