"This is a true story about my experience. I walked in looking for lunch, left with no food an felt Disrespected by .. The owner, a short overweight Caucasian blonde-ish red faced woman. She ruins her own franchise, my neighbors have agreed. If she 's there your service will be low quality. I feel she is disrespectful and lazy. I am a complicated but friendly and patient customer. I let each server know before we start that I am. If someone comes in a ALWAYS insist they go ahead of me because I am so particular that it makes things move slower. I have been helped by many and usually it 's not a problem so long as I say something, communication always works. Today I decided to give my local store another try and as I walked in the only person up front said she 'd 'be right back ' and went to the back. While waiting Work texted so I 'm responding and the next girl comes out and I said sorry 1 second.... Okay I will get... I explained that I 'm complicated but friendly she smiled, I continued my order, a man walks in gets in line behind me. I looked over and said, hey you can go first I take forever. He said are you sure I said yes and was interrupted with ' 'OKAY I WILL HELP YOU . I looked up and saw anger, I said I 'm sorry I 'd rather him go, she responded NO. I will help you now what do YOU want. Rewind this is the person who left when I walked in. She was not there while I spoke to the other server, she had no idea of the context of the situation but she came at me with aggression and anger as if I had done something wrong. So anyway I responded to her aggression You know nevermind, I 'll just go somewhere else, thanks. She aggressively responded Good. I asked sorry, what is your name? She says I don 't have to give you my name. I responded don 't you? I need to make a report and you should have a name tag. She yelled Yeah well I 'm the owner who are you going to call? In that moment I remembered her face and all the conversations I 've had with family friends and neighbors who 've eaten/ordered at this location. I called her a b*txh... I did that.. but I think it matched her energy. After walking out I turned around to defend myself. I simply said I was trying to be considerate of your staff and the guy behind me, you came out disrespectful and aggressive like a ****. she yelled you 're a ****! I continued, oh, I remember you, you 've always been a ****, you 're the worst employee in this shop. The reason this place sucks. And I left. I 'm obviously still in the moment. It 's all fresh. I still wanna go back."
