"Best experience at any subway I have ever been to. I came last night 3/2/22 around 9pm. This young man worked with such a spirit of excellence, dedication and enthusiasm. Because I was traveling back home the next morning and it was for my travel home. I was very picky about the way I wanted my sandwich made, in order to keep the bread from being soggy. Most people would have an attitude about this. I travel a lot I mean a lot, and I have a lot of experience in this.I have never experienced such excellence at subway before. And just to give you an idea on my experience with this when I say he is the best. Prepandemic, not including during pandemic- I traveled to 23 different states up to 7-12 times each on some of them and 6 countries. Everytime I travel, I ALWAYS get subway. It's fresher and healthier than what you can order at the airport on on the plain, and leaves you not feeling as heavy or sluggish when traveling. He was more than happy to make me happy. I was even thinking to suggest something more, but to not be more of a pain in his but I didn't. To my amazement it was like he read my mind and did exactly what I was thinking with out me even having to ask. I don't think I have ever been to a buisness that left me so over joyed about anything let alone the small things. My whole inner spirt was filled with the hugest smile that I was litterally beeming internally with joy. I never knew I could feel this way off of an experience at a restaurant, let alone subway. I could go on and on about the experience with him. I was so extreamly impressed with his attitude, work ethic, joy, and Eagar to please and leave the customer beyond satisfied. Make this man manager and use him to train up other employees. This man was so amazing, he should be sent all over the country to train up others! Excellence!"

The worst customer service over the phone and not to mention they never have product stocked and they will force you to cancel your order on door dash and you don?t get a refund. This is the worst subway

Subway typically offers an excellent experience, but unfortunately, they were out of tuna, my usual choice. My wife enjoyed a veggie sandwich, but since I didn’t order anything because of the lack of tuna, I would rate this visit three and a half stars.

I rated this place 4 stars because the staff was quicker than any Subway employees I've encountered before. However, it was a bit too chilly inside for May, and there were too many commercials playing on the radio. The sound quality could have been better, too. View menu

Horrible. will never use the app for this location. I gave them about 25 minutes with the drive. By the time I got in the restaurant I waited for three people in line to get their purchase after, I finally got my order made. Was not compensated forthe wait or given an apology.

The staff here is so friendly!! I stopped by to get lunch after a hectic morning on a super busy day. I was one of a whole stream of a whole bunch of customers and not only did they take the rush in stride, they made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Bernard was an absolute dream, asking me about my day and sharing some of his. He reached out to other customers too. Also the sandwich was great, of course.

I work down the street from this Subway so it?s the only reason why I visit is of convenience. If it weren?t for that, I would never visit here. This is by-far the worst Subway I have ever visited. I visit once a week and today was the final straw. Nolids for my drink, only drinks they have is Diet Coke to choose from and guess what, I got back to work and it gross. There?s nosyrup. Rarely any cookies available and the chip selection is always limited. The business itself is always a mess. Stickytables and floors. Go to a different subway if you can! This one is terrible! I recently visited a Subway location where I had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Adrian, the manager. He was exceptionally courteous and professional, displaying a strong work ethic despite his young age. He was not only kind but also had a great sense of humor. Our visit was a refreshing change after being rudely turned away at the Subway on Main St., where the cashier claimed she was 'on break' and refused to serve us. Fortunately, we opted for this alternate location, where we were met with excellent service, delicious sandwiches, and fresh ingredients that looked and tasted fantastic!
