"I must say that my experience working at this McDonald's has been quite terrible. The staff and management are very unprofessional when it comes to handling various situations. The restaurant is a mess, with bugs and more than four flies present, and there's mold growing behind the machines. Sadly, many employees, including some managers, seem to be using drugs on the job. There's a lot of favoritism, as well as sexism and racism. No one seems to help when these issues arise. I was fired after being targeted simply because one of the managers had a bad day. Despite her behavior, she faced no consequences, while I, as a woman of color, felt deeply disturbed by how unfairly the situation was handled."
