"Our family has been coming here for years, before, during and post raising kids. We love interesting and unusual Asian food, and Seoul Gate has it. They have the ordinary stuff like bulgogi (very good) and teriyaki, but if you order the more Korean style...dishes the food is even better. We like the bebeembop, seafood dishes, and of course the kimchee. Service is good, although when busy sometimes things can get forgotten, just ask and they’ll fix it pronto. If you’re a clean freak, this might not be your cup of tea, since tables aren’t always sparkling, but it makes it a bit more like Asia. I’ve asked for replacement silverware, and they bring it right out. I don’t downgrade for this because it’s not a simple important to me as quality and taste of the food, which is always excellent. Oh and the atmosphere is excellent too, with Korean music videos, and fish tanks. A cool underground vibe, literally. Restaurants come and go quickly in Fairbanks, but this one has staying power. I hope it never closes!"
